Holiday rentals with a home theatre in West Lake

I stayed for nearly a month. place is not perfect, but very nice. I felt comfortable and safe. I loved neighborhood. everything you might need is close by, yet far enough not to get overwhelmed by happenings of old quater of Hanoi. generally I recommend. good value for money.

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

We had a great stay here. Great location, nice beds, good a/c. Quýnh was super responsive, gave great instructions for check in, and was quick to help if we had any questions. The location is also great. Slightly outside of the Old quarter which made getting transportation much easier. Absolutely worth the price. Thank you for having us!!!

Phòng rất xinh, decor theo tone hồng vỏ đỗ rất nịnh mắt. Mọi thứ được sắp xếp gọn gàng và dọn dẹp cẩn thận trước khi giao phòng. Vị trí cũng rất dễ tìm, bạn host và bảo vệ khu này trả lời nhanh và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình nên phần check-in không có gì khó khăn. Ngay gần là trung tâm thương mại nên lựa chọn đồ ăn cũng phong phú. Nhìn chung với giá thuê thì không có gì để chê. Highly recommend cho mọi người nhaaa!

깔끔하게 정돈된 숙소는 마음을 편안하게 해주었습니다. 수건도 미리 넉넉하게 준비해주시고, 호스트가 매우 열심히 숙소를 준비해주셨습니다. 지난달에 Vinhomes Metropolis에도 숙박한적이 있었는데, Metropolis 는 안면인식 출입시스템이라 출입이 불편했었는데, skylake는 출입카드키를 두개나 챙겨주셔서 숙소 출입이 정말 편했습니다. 특히 발코니의 작은 의자와 테이블이 너무 좋았습니다. 손님에 대한 배려를 느낄수 있었습니다.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Stayed here for a week with a small group of friends. location is fantastic, just a couple minutes walk to the famous train street. Great food and coffee all around. tucked away from the really busy streets of Old Quarter. AC was a godsend with 37 degree heat outside (47 degrees with humidity). There are 4 floors total so going up and down a lot is necessary but that's just how Vietnamese buildings are designed, wasn't that much of a hassle. A little bit of noise but surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the very noisy streets outside. Tour groups came in picked us up just 50 metres up the road, in big buses despite the tight busy roads. Very convenient and well organised. Host was super responsive, gave great recommendations for food, bars and more. Would definitely stay again!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

房東溝通迅速 人不錯 距離便離商店一百公尺內 門口有咖啡廳

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It’s a great option for a group of friends or family looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay together. With each bedroom on a different floor, there's plenty of privacy, and every room is well-equipped with strong air conditioning, hot showers, comfy beds, and even a desk if you need to get some work done. The hosts were so helpful and responsive - always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the stay even smoother. The location is also very convenient, just a short Grab ride to the Old Quarter. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi!

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
