Apartment holiday rentals in West Lancashire District

From start to finish our stay was very enjoyable, Phil was very responsive to messages and even came to help us with the TV that had some issues and was super friendly. The apartment was spacious and ample for us both with a large shower which was helpful with my knee i had twisted. The appartment was a short drive from the seafront or was told around a 20min walk. Its also so close to local shops, public transport and a good proper english pub that was super cheap compared to the prices i am used to back home. I think the only things that i would change would be the towel sizes, bath sheets would of been wonderful. The other thing i would change would be to concrete or put slabs from the gate to the door, trying to get 2 massive suitcases filled with 2 weeks worth of clothing to the front door was a little bit of a stuggle and not being able to wheel them on the gravel path. Overall I would come back and highly recommend others to stay here. Great value, great host!! Thank you 😊

This place was absolutely stunning!! The interior was unbelievable down to the finest details everything was squeaky clean and organised. The place was very easy to find and parking was absolutely no issue at all. All the pictures don’t actually do the place justice! Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to have a great place to call home for a while, it’s in a lovely area with plenty of surrounding places to visit and things to do including only 30mins from Manchester! The host was above and beyond helpful about everything that we asked and needed she honestly couldn’t be any more helpful. Above all this place will always hold a special place in my heart because I got engaged here! With the view from the back window it made for a stunning night! Thank you again for letting us have this memorable weekend at this amazing place!

Well presented property, very homely and comfortable excellent communicative hosts, Ideal location for public transport to the city, plenty of amenities all within walking distance.

Me my wife and our two young sons stayed at Lyns place in Southport for the last week of december. The place was relly cosy and the whole family really felt at home during out stay. It was right by the lake and we enjoyed breafast watchng the sun come up at their lovley window side dining table. Lyn was extremely helpful with settling us in and even gave us nice recomendations for the area. We will most certainly stay again on our next visit.

Really great place in a lovely location close to train station and parking so ideal. Really friendly host and place was perfect for what I needed.

Bonnie welcomed me like family, with a little history of the house, the Bests, info on the local area, and of course housekeeping. The suite was exceptional - light and airy, with ridiculously comfortable bed, chairs, and sofa, not to mention the softest towels I've ever felt in my life. It's a lush, quiet street, and my room was full of sunlight and bird song. They also very kindly fitted me in for a tour of the Casbah Club during my stay. Roag Jr. is an incredible storyteller. He did an absolutely astounding job bringing Mona Best, the definition of "spitfire" and the mother of Merseybeat (who deserves a biography, a blue plaque, and international name recognition at a minimum), to glorious, vivid life. Bonnie gave me such a lovely send-off as well, I was ever so sad to leave...but I will absolutely be back soon. If you're any degree of Beatles fan, this is not one to miss!

The location in Lytham is very good. The rooms are very large and spacious and much bigger than anticipated. Great place and happy to stay again or to recommend to family or friends.

We stayed in John’s apartment for 4 nights. The weather was perfect and we got to sit out and enjoy the beautiful garden. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed coming back after a day visiting family to relax. The location is close to restaurant and bars across the park from the house. The kitchen is amazing and their living room area is stunning. Thank you John for a relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the Hot tub – it was excellent and could easily fit four people comfortably. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment, extremely clean and beautifully furnished. Best hairdryer I’ve ever used (GHD)! We had a little trouble finding the entrance and the lovely guy at check in came out to the street to find us. The location is perfect, so close to Albert dock. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Lapis room. If you are a light sleeper I’d suggest ear plugs as there is a gate nearby for residents that gets opened and closed at night (not too many times though) and early-ish delivery vans. Normal to heavy sleepers won’t have a problem.

Loved our 2-night stay! Great clean, comfortable and stylish apartment with private parking, it had everything we could ask for. Ideal for walking to all the best local attractions. We were really happy. Highly recommended!

Had a brilliant stay, was met by Kevin to check in, he was very informative and couldn’t offer enough advice/guidance. Vikki was very responsive during communications and always very respectful and clear. The place itself is amazing, very spacious, clean and you get plenty of towels, cutlery etc. The hot tub is very well kept and smart. The hosts are there if you need anything but leave you to total privacy. The view from the back is outstanding and we had a brilliant time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
