The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. Walking distance to Hillside and Royal Birkdale golf courses, cycling distance to Ainsdale Birkdale and Southport with sand dunes, beach, marine lake, cafes, bars and eateries. Southport Flower show, the Open and Aintree are regular events we are perfectly situated for.

Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. A pleasant stroll along the beach/sea front one way takes you to the centre of St. Annes, and, the other, to Fairhaven Lake, with its cafe and boating. Lytham is easily accessible by car or bus or even on foot if you're feeling energetic.

It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.
