Rural Secluded cottage

JulieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This is a magical property! We were just in awe of the cuteness & the beauty of the surrounding countryside. It is so well finished, comfortable, & peaceful. The bedding was very nice & beds were comfortable. Ample room for two couples. We didn’t cook much but all the supplies are there. There are pictures of the restoration which we loved. So thankful for the effort to save this amazing home. We absolutely loved the house, the donkeys, the garden, the remoteness of the location. We were even treated to an evening thunderstorm which made everything all the more cozy. It was just perfect!

Two Bedroom Cottage at The Blue Bell Inn

Absolutely fantastic spot! Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but it was really comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short stay and a long one. The our next door had fantastic food and good beer. The staff and host were so friendly. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Oxendeanburn Cottage

AnthonyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We was greeted as we arrived by our host, who was warm welcoming and took time out to walk us around the house to explain the particulars required. Also to mention, they was always on hand no matter what the requirements and served as friendly neighbours if we was passing each other on the drive way. What a beautiful cottage, it is so well laid out and accommodated our family perfectly. The dining table made a wonderful setting every evening for our dinner easily seating the 6 of us. The bedrooms are well spread over the property, each one a lovely size. The enclosed Garden was perfect for our 4 legged family member. We adventured through the woodland, as well as around the farmers fields taking in the spectacular beauty of this area. This was our first time to this area, we loved exploring the incredible beauty and would strongly recommend that others do the same.

Stylish Apartment In Central Kelso

I spent a week relaxing at Rebecca’s place and can honestly say it was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself is perfectly presented with everything I could have needed during my stay. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and Rebecca’s apartment is a perfect base to explore lots of places by car. Locally there is plenty of choice for either coffee with a quick bite or something more to eat. I’d thoroughly recommend Rebecca’s apartment to anyone visiting the Scottish Borders region.

Romantic cottage with stunning Views

LauraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Lovely place to stay. Absolutely loved the view from the conservatory and the garden was gorgeous. The kitchen is clearly a cooks kitchen - very well equipped! Location is great. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but we were only 10-15 minutes from anything we needed. About 12 minutes from Eskbank Station and then a 20 minute train ride from Waverley.

Cosy country cottage beside Ancient Woodlands.

SallyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Absolutely beautiful little cottage, looked just as photos. Everything spotlessly clean. All you could need was provided for (towels, kitchen utensils etc). Enclosed area both front and back of cottage. Washing line at the back too. Great communication from host too, quick and helpful responses. Had a little trouble finding it due to postcode covering a large area, but asked a friendly local who was very helpful and then found it no problem. Messaged host about local places to eat and was recommended the Cross Inn in Paxton (about 15-20 mins walk away) which was a great little place and a delicious dinner. A very peaceful location, surrounded by fields. Our little furry friend loved it too! Would absolutely stay here again 😀
