Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

Yet Coldstream's pubs and shops are all within a few minutes' walk from the house. With prime Lower Tweed beats just a few minutes' drive from the house (including Tillmouth, Lennel, and The Lees), Abbey House provides an ideal base for fishing parties.
