Noell's place is as described, very private, clean and complete with amenities that one would like to have, we especially liked the kitchenette, it is ready for simple cooking, even provided a welcome snack. If you like using the public transportation, Noell's place is highly recommended as the bus stop is just 2 minutes walking distance. All places you would wish to visit is all accessible by the Metro transportation system, bus and rail. Overall Noell's place is highly recommended.

My mother and I stayed at Nicole's place for a month. The place itself was as expected. There were no real surprises. Nicole very generously supplied a brand new comforter and set of beddings for us given that there were two guests and one of the guests was not sleeping on the bed in the bedroom. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Nicole for a very pleasant stay.

When we originally booked, we did not think we would need to stay as long as we did. Because the apartment was safe, clean and communication was top tier, we did not hesitate to extend the unit. Julian was really flexible with our changing needs. If you don’t have a car, it’s very easy to get to basic needs and some great restaurants/entertainment either on foot or by public transit and if you do have a car, there’s so much within 20 minutes in all directions. We’d definitely book again if needed for a longer stay because it’ll be hard to beat the price for the area.

This studio is perfect and definitely cozy. I spent the holidays here and it couldn't have been better. It feels safe and even though I didn't have parking ...there is plenty of street parking. I recommend staying here especially long term..I stayed 2 months and I already miss it. I would definitely stay again. oh and the neighbors keep to themselves..it's perfect
