Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West Ocean City

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

We loved our stay here. We have 4 kids and it worked out well. The house was clean and set up and decorated nicely. It was nice to have access to a backyard and a screened in porch. There were some kids books and toys too which was a welcome surprise! We were thankful to have a nice bathroom and kitchen and the living spaces were clean and comfortable. Since this was a downstairs unit we had some noise issues with guests above us in the evening for 2 nights , but I messaged the host and she IMMEDIATELY and kindly took care of it. It was easy to walk to downtown Berlin from the house and there was plenty of parking. Laundry for us on vacation is a plus and W+D worked great! We would absolutely stay here again for our Assateague beach vacation.

We needed a small place to stay for a few days and this was the perfect place for the two of us; it was cozy, spotless, well equipped for all that we needed and the decor was beachy which was perfect for the area. Jacob was quick and attentive to any question we had - it was so quiet and peaceful outside. It was a perfect getaway for us - we would highly recommend to anyone needing a nice, quiet place in the future. Thank you!!!

This home was such a lovely place to stay — cute, clean, and wonderfully relaxing. The space was spotless and had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. One thing to note is that the linens and towels were delivered separately, so we had to put them on ourselves. That said, it was actually reassuring to know they were freshly cleaned and untouched. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I’d happily come back again. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for my family. The Townhouse was spacious, and we loved the balconies. The location was great and the host was very responsive. I definitely recommend this place, and plan to stay again in the future.

This was my second stay here, and I’ll definitely be back again! The host is consistently friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out are super easy, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The house is cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. It’s far enough from the main part of Ocean City to feel peaceful, but just 3 minutes from all the action when you want it. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, and the host has excellent recommendations. A perfect spot for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Janice’s house was lovely! Great location. It looks just like the pictures. The view from the living room and back deck is stunning. The house was very tidy. Janice communicated well and promptly. The only disappointment was that there is no screen door in the master bedroom, and therefore, I couldn’t enjoy leaving the sliding doors open, which I love to do when staying in a waterfront home. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and host. Sonny had water, coffee, beer, and snacks in the apartment for us. Also, pamphlets and town map of things to do. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

This was a lovely place to stay! Brianna was very communicative and the place was very clean and pleasant to stay in when we arrived.

Hand down what an AIRBNB is supposed to be. The place is just like the pictures and smells crystal clean upon arrival. The mattress and linens were so comfortable it had me wanting to replace my mattress! This was the perfect place for annual girls weekend. Let me explain how gracious they were. We had previously picked a different Airbnb and the moment we walked into the place realized we had been PUNKED. I wont get into that whole story but needless to say it was nothing like what was advertised and we actually felt unsafe. I reach out to Steven immediately and he responded right away. Although the reservation would mean us checking in within hours of the booking he was willing to accommodate us with very short notice. The communication was flawless and Steven was truly our saving grace for the trip. What turned into a rough start ended on a very high note. Thank you, again Steven!

I would book again with Tasha, she was quick to respond with answers to questions. We felt comfortable in our surroundings. It was a very nice place to stay and very welcoming.

Mandy was a wonderful host and the condo was perfect. We would certainly stay there again if we find ourselves on another trip to Ocean City.

Condo was exactly as described! Amazing oceanfront view! I was also impressed with how much room there was. It was cruiser week so it was a tad bit noisy at night, but other than that and the fact we couldn’t stay longer, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

I did a quick overnight stay with my husband and toddler, the place suited just that plus some. We comfortably could’ve stayed longer and would consider it again in the future. The bedroom was large and the living room was plenty spacious for my toddler to play. The location was walkable and not too busy even for Memorial Day weekend. Mihaela was a great host and very responsive!

Great place to stay for a couple, very close to the beach and several restaurants. Close enough to all the night life, but also very peaceful. Didn’t have to move my car once for the entire stay. The house was very clean, smelled nice, and matched the description perfectly. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and simple. The host always responded with any questions we had and was very friendly. Perfect vacation.

I had a great stay at Serafima’s place. The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit, and the setup was thoughtfully arranged. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants, and plenty of local attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to navigate. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Absolutely perfect location. Loved the parking availability and private pool. We had a huge playground, beach, bay, boardwalk, Jolly Roger pier and plenty restaurants Walking distance.

What a wonderful experience! Josh and Kathy were in incredible hosts and their home was perfect for our family of 4. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Everything was so easy, and we felt so comfortable!

We loved our stay!! The condo is located in a great location just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. Very well kept and clean with onsite parking and all of the amenities we needed for our long weekend. Michelle was an amazing host and very responsive. We were provided a checklist will all information needed for the condo, along with tips for what to bring, local restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

My brother and I came down for the OCMD air show which was unfortunately cancelled but luckily we had this place to stay at! The location was great for the two of us and we easily could have had another person, or two, comfortably. You cannot beat waking up to the bay view! Would definitely recommend or stay again for a return trip. Thanks Corey!

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.
