Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

The Coach House is a beautiful, light & airy studio that features a spacious layout of off-white walls, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Relax on the sofa as sunlight streams in through the window and curl up with a book on the plush rocking chair. It is the perfect base for couples (with or without babies) wishing to discover the Cotswolds. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, is a mere two minutes walk to Burford's famous Garden Company & is 2 miles from The Farmer's Dog.

Self-contained Annex
Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

2-bed cottage nr Soho Farmhouse
Quintessential Cotswolds cottage with boutique-inspired decor, 7mins drive from Soho Farmhouse. 2 king-sized bedrooms, lounge with wood burner, kitchen with Range cooker and a bathroom with a roll top bath and rainfall shower. Recently decorated with Farrow and Ball colours, our home has many designer touches, as well as a collection of art and photography books. You may find a Soho House robe or two… Fast wifi and smart TV (for when you have finished reading all the books 😉)

Garden Annex/Cabin: country view: long/short stays
Private entrance, workspace/Wi-Fi, parking, lovely countryside view, includes breakfast provisions. A comfortable base for working professionals or those travelling/sightseeing. Underfloor heating ensures your comfort in colder weather. Sofa-bed not made up by default, advise in advance if needed. Estelle Manor 1.5 miles, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace/Witney 5 miles, Kidlington 7 miles, Oxford 10 miles & Bicester Village is located fairly nearby. Cheltenham/Newbury Racecourses 35 miles.

The Crofts Studio (Central Location)
The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds
