Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

The Dacha has everything : peace and comfort for two adults with its own garden, fire pit & evening access to a hot tub in a pretty private courtyard next to the main house (6-10pm). Eat at the fabulous Three Horseshoes gastropub (two minutes' walk) or have a beer and stock up at Jeremy Clarkson's new pub and farm shop, The Farmer's Dog (fifteen minutes' walk). We provide a generous breakfast hamper which includes: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and some cookies.

The cottage is in a stunning location in the beautiful hamlet of Chilson which is extremely quiet and a restful place to be. Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.
