Apartment holiday rentals in West Pennington

We had an excellent stay here during a January snowmobiling trip, and our group of four was accommodated very comfortably. Clean, quiet, well kept, and plenty of activities inside to enjoy at the end of a long day. If you're traveling in with a trailer or large/multiple vehicles, parking at this apartment unit can be a little tight, one assigned parking space and a couple of guest spaces that might or might not be available at times. We were able to unhook and park our trailer off-site for the weekend at the event we were attending, so fortunately this wasn't an issue for us. Nathan was also very helpful to suggest some other options for additional parking nearby if needed. Highly recommend!

Trevor was quick to show up when we could not get into unit. turned out I was trying to get into the wrong one! adorable apartment!!!!

Sophie was extremely responsive to any messages that were sent. She provided some great local hiking trails and dinners options which were amazing. Overall it was a great stay!

The Airbnb was very clean and well stocked with everything you need! It was just out of the city, so it was quiet, but close enough to drive to many different attractions! The hosts were very kind and responsive to any questions and concerns we had during our stay. Would come again!

Angie and Clay were super nice and very accommodating!! they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and were very helpful whenever we needed it. the place was the prefect size for our family and had even we needed. Will definitely book again when we come back to the Black hills

Place was clean and well stocked for anything you may need. Condo was cutely decorated. All appliances worked well. our family had a great stay while exploring the Black Hills area. Dawn was very friendly and helpful with local things to do. Instructions to access condo were delivered as described in listing. Would stay again if we make our way out there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rushmore loft. it was very easy to find and loved having the convenience of close by parking and the coffee shop downstairs. Marci was very responsive and helped us resolve an issue with the water filter. She offered great suggestions on local shopping and dining. I would recommend Marci's place to anyone who is looking for a place in the city who doesn't mind walking up a flight of stairs.

The place was very comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for! Great fishing, loved watching the sunrise over the mountains! A wonder place to reconnect with nature. Definitely recommend staying there!

We stayed at Shane’s Place in “the heart of the Hills” we spent 3 days and 2 nights and the location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. The place is very walkable to downtown Hill City. The bartender on site was very friendly and helpful. If you want to explore all of what the Black Hills has to offer I would recommend staying at Shane’s Place.

This by far became my boyfriend and my favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The view alone is breathtaking. We ate dinner outside on the patio table every night and looked down at the world! Tim and Peggy are so kind and gave us amazing recommendations! And we can not thank them enough for sharing their space! If you are into mountain biking this is your place! There is a sweet trail Finding Nemo right out the door!!!!

BOOK IT! The apartment was clean, homey, easily accessible, in a historic building right in the historic district. We walked everywhere morning or night. So many cute shops, restaurants literary right out your front door...Art Alley across the street. We even did a paint party across the street at Canvas 2 Paint. My favorite coffee shop was 3 blocks away...go past Starbucks lol. It was our home for 4 nights, so accessibility to roads NSEW was so close. Rapid City was the perfect base for the endless trips to attractions. Thank you 😀

Very peaceful and quiet. Very beautiful surroundings. It was clean and inviting. Met Kevin and he was very personable and helpful. We would come back again. Thank you Emily and Kevin for everything!

This was a great place for our family of 6 to use as a home base for exploring the surrounding area (Rushmore, Badlands, Wind Cave). The setup worked well and we had plenty of space. Lisa and David were great hosts - very communicative. The place was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed meeting Roger and Joan and staying here. There was plenty of room for 3 dogs and 3 humans and it was so close to Hill City to pop in for food, groceries, coffee, shopping...but it was also secluded and private. It is truly dog friendly - no extra fees, you can leave dogs alone. There were two places to walk the dogs - we loved going up behind the house and through the fields. We are avid hikers and this trail was so lovely! There were multiple dogs on the property since they own dogs and train service dogs. It took some careful introductions, but all worked out fine. You will hear their dogs. It was not a problem for us. We spent LOTS of time on the outdoor covered deck area after hiking each day- we grilled almost every night, napped on the hammock, and just relaxed! Note that there is one bathroom accessed only through the back bedroom. It was no problem for us as a family to walk through to use it. But this could be more, um, awkward, if it is two couples staying!

We very highly recommend this place! Teresa was a delight to deal with. Very personable She was so attentive to making sure we knew what events was going on in the area. She even sent us recommendations on trails that we should do when hiking. The bonus though was Willie the dog! He greeted us every afternoon as we pulled in and was ready to play ball Will definitely stay there again if we ever get to go back in the future.

This condo worked very well for our group ski trip to Terry Peak. The location is more than ideal!

The Case Place was hands down one of my favorite places I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many places. Jodi and Kevin were very gracious and hospitable hosts. Their places was very clean and peaceful. Their suggestions on things to do, homemade cookies, delicious breakfasts, and adorable and thoughtful gift really made this one of my top 3 favorite air b n b's. It was incredibly peaceful and exactly what I was looking for!

Cute and peaceful little cabin, just the right size and had everything we needed. Just down the street from two great restaurants, and within walking distance to Main Street and parks for the kids. Jackie was kind and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Spencer made the process easy. Had no issues with check-in or check-out and he responded to my messages within a few minutes when I had questions. Plus the house is in a great location for Rapid city. Would stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, nestled between Deadwood, Sturgis, and the stunning Spearfish Canyon, making it ideal for our motorcycle trip. The space was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. April was a great host, and her decorating was immaculate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We loved unwinding on the patio with beautiful views after our rides. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore the area!

We had a great stay in Deadwood at this Airbnb. It may be apart of an apartment complex, but after walking in it didn’t feel like an apartment. It was very clean and was much larger than we thought looking from the outside. There was plenty of room for all of us and we loved having a hot tub. We also loved that the trolley came right to the front door to take us downtown. Trinity was an amazing host as well. She gave us some awesome recommendations for places to eat and drink and some fun activities. The instructions at the airbnb were very easy to follow and I don’t think we could’ve had a better stay anywhere else in Deadwood. I would highly recommend staying here!
