Reato House--Cozy comfort away from home, HOT TUB!

This house is a comfy, cozy, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in the early 1900's and recently updated. It is in the heart of the Black Hills, minutes from Deadwood. It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

"Bluebird House -guests have entire house-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full kitchen with a good dishwasher. There’s a Kitchenette in the lower level. Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! New modern home 3 miles to Sylvan Lake and near the border of Custer State park. This is the closest home to Sylvan Lake for rent and the only home of this style available for rent. The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.
