This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

East Hill Bungalow
The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.

Cozy Studio
This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
