The Oar House seafood restaurant is 1 block away & Bahia Mar Marina is directly across the street. The house is close to the downtown historical district, beaches, museums, restaurants/bars, the Wahoos Stadium & Pensacola NAS is 4 miles away. This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!
