Convenient place to stay. Had all the necessities and was nice and clean. A lovely place overall

Lovely apartment with everything you can think of - cooking utensils, cutlery, toiletries even charging cables. Clean and bright, exactly like that photos we had good rest over the 5 days. Abit of a walk to supermarkets, but as the weather is so cooling we didn’t mind the walk. While we stayed for 5 days, we made special requests to have extra towels so we could change them. We were told to wash them instead.

Great location to explore Perth. easy walk to the CBD, trains and restarants, and close to Kings Park.

The place was very convenient, and near many food options within walking distance. Parking was convenient and great. Instructions to get in was clear and good. I also liked that the host laid out the sofa bed for us! It was comfy for a pull-out! The amenities (washer and dryer) were lifesavers! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Justin & Lan were friendly and responsive.Great location too. We also really appreciated the flexible check-in time when we needed it most. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

Its been a great experience staying over at Matt & Nez's apartment. Spotless, neat and very well-equipped apartment at a convenient location. Everything in the house were same as described and there were a lot more on top of these - extension sockets with usb ports, travel adaptors, water pitcher with filter, welcome fruits tray, milk, nespresso pods, bottle of red wine, books & games for all ages, travel guides, transport maps, islands & city maps catergorised by zones, and even down to little details such as sunscreen for kids and a folder of instruction manuals for almost all the appliances in the apartment. Matt & Nez are very communicative, sending us all the clear check-in instructions and travel information days ahead, giving us ample time to prep and making check-in a breeze. Parking lots provided are very accessible to the lift lobby, hence much less hassle moving luggages around. We highly recommend this bnb and will definitely return again!

The place is as illustrated in the pictures, big and spacious, and I love the simple decorations - plus points for the wooden furnishings! Although it took me awhile to bring my luggage up and down the steps 😂 It is not too far off or too close from CBD, but a good walk in the morning to find a few cosy coffee places around too. Luke and Amy were friendly, fast and responsive to queries and recommendations. The instructions were clear on how to get to the place too! I enjoyed my stay there well, it was a good find definitely.

the place is very cosy, and its in a convenient spot right in the city, alot of places are within walking distance from the accommodation. would definitely love to return to the apartment the near future.

It was a pleasure staying at this Airbnb! The host was fantastic and made everything so easy. The place was spotlessly clean, and the check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is clean, easily accessible and homely. It comes with everything we needed for our stay. I can imagine staying there for months and will recommend to anyone. Some downsides: The apartment shows some signs of aging. There is intermittent low humming sounds from what we thought was from the boiler all the time, which may bother some people.

What a great stay. Steven was so easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a drama. The apartment was so clean and quiet and I would not hesitate to book this room again. 100% would recommend this to family and friends or anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Perth.

Freshly renovated apartment. Perfect for business, solo or couples travelling. Short walk to the CBD or Northbridge restaurants and cafes. 2 x open air carparks just down the street. Apartment had everything I needed for a 5 day stay. Rhonda and Shabi were helpful and responsive.

Absolutely stunning views and incredible touches especially the design, flow of the residence, deck overlooking the ocean and the jacuzzi! Well worth it!

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

We loved staying at Dan’s property. We are originally from Perth and also had a rental holiday unit on Scarborough Beach, so we know the area well. It suited all our needs for a quick trip home. Would highly recommend. The unit has all you require and great views.
