Nestled at the base of the mtns, 10-15 mins from Red Rocks, Downtown Denver, and Historical Golden, this is the perfect location to hike, bike, or climb while enjoying the city’s restaurants, breweries, and museums. 8 guests/3 cars will have full run of the newly remodeled, 2,400sqft townhome, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, patio, oversized backyard, new appliances, TVs, fooseball table, gas grill, and fire pit. Easy day-trip to ski in Summit County, Copper, Winter Park. Yet 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 10 minutes to Red Rocks. Newly built in 2016, this spacious place can accommodate eight in comfort. High ceilings, oak floors, granite counters. Great for gatherings. Well separated bedrooms are quiet, private. High-speed wi-fi, cable/streaming.

You will love staying at our home nestled in a peaceful country setting. We are Just 5 minutes from I-70, close to the mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheater and 15 mins from downtown Denver. Our favorite feature is the glass room addition where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a movie night with the family. Get cozy around the gas stove. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.
