Wonderful stay!! loved the bed and the shower the most! everything was cute, peaceful, and lots of thought into what a first timer in Portland would need.

The oculus house was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Portland. I was in town for a wedding with my boyfriend and best friend. The place was big enough to accommodate all of us even if it might seem small in the pictures. The house had everything we needed for the week and it was great being able to do laundry. Emily the host was very responsive to our needs.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay for a family event we were attending in Beaverton. There was plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet spot while also having open community spaces like the kitchen, dining room and family room, where we could all come together before or after our day out with family. We will definitely be renting again for our next trip to Beaverton!

Excellent. We had a family gathering, four families and nine people, so it was unusual to find enough bedrooms. That was good surprise number one. Number two was finding the home with a backyard that young children could play in. Three was its location at the end of a quiet street, again safe for youngsters but also quiet for all. In addition, the location was just blocks from several major roads so getting around and to things in Beaverton/Portland was made easier. Found all the kitchen, bath, bedroom supplies we needed as well. Ample parking for the four families. One drawback, and this is true of short-term rentals on the whole, was that it echoed due to lack of accoutrements like rugs, drapes, wall hangings. Living room had minimal furniture and it would have been more homey to at least include comfortable reading chair(s) and lamps. With our large group there were folding chairs that we made use of.

Comfortable with style. Location is outstanding. Quiet. Easy access to great neighborhood amenities, including restaurants, shops, and parks. Erin is a friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place! Lovely place and super clean!

SO. MANY. STAIRS. 😂😂 be prepared to climb so many stairs to get to the upper unit. BUT WELL WORTH IT!! Just be prepared to take a few trips if you have a lot of bags or heavy stuff. The stairs definitely made us get our steps in hahaha. The host was extremely responsive and even let us check in about 30 mins early because we happened to get into town so close to check in. The bed was super comfortable! The couch was so comfy too for a nice yap about it. GIGANTIC SMART TV in the living room. My friend and I kept saying “this tv is freaking huge” every 10 mins hahahaha. Great space, love the sky lights, the patio was cute. Would book again!

This was our second time to stay in this location. Both times involved a family event in Beaverton. We will be coming back in the future. The hosts are great and available for any questions. They leave the guests alone to enjoy their time. The landscaping and back yard provide a quiet escape. Give love to Miles.

It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting portland. Within walking distance to take a bus to the train to get downtown. Within walking distance of a great butcher, market, parks.

Great location in SE Portland. Very comfortable bed. Towels and linens first class. Very private. Super clean. Great walk-in shower. Will definitely book again when returning to Portland.

Amazing Airbnb! The location is great- being close to the city yet having a bit more quiet. The owners are truly the best. They continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was consistently impressive, from my initial inquiry prior to booking all the tickets at through checkout. I was traveling with twin newborns & they were so helpful in setting my trip up for success. The Airbnb itself is thoughtfully arranged & more than you could ask for. Their back yard is AMAZING! Great open green space, camp fire area, dining & a great play set. We plan to be back soon! (: 10/10 would highly recommend!

Great stay! Quiet but still very close to the city!

This was a great location within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bowling, movie theater, nail salons, etc. It had all I needed to make tacos and pop popcorn. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I will stay here again. Keith was a fabulous host!!

This apartment is in a great location with an great view of the River. we enjoyed sitting and watching the sailboats in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing food. Checkout was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This place was the perfect location for me. I love the proximity of the Riverwalk river walk. I also thought the little patio outside was a great place to sit and relax. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Portland.

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great location with walkable restaurants and a tap room. Very close to portland state university and a nice upscale supermarket. I would stay again.

I had rented this place for my technicians since we had a job in that area. They were very accommodating and understanding when I had to extend the stay and keep the same place even though they had other wanted to rent the place.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The house was wonderful and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Close to Portland/the surrounding suburbs but set back from the street with lots of trees, so you end up forgetting you’re next to the city. The host was super friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations for the area. We would absolutely stay here again.
