Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in West Wittering

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

This house is in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from West Wittering beach. The living/dining/kitchen area is a great communal space and there were lots of different bedroom configuration to suit everyone. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better so we could enjoy the garden.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

We absolutely love everything about South View and we all had a wonderful family weekend - it is such a joy to be able to walk straight out onto the beach. Thank you so much and we hope to return before too long : )

My stay at Ellerslie Lodge Annexe was absolutely lovely. Whether you're winding down after a long day or setting up a workspace, the annexe delivers on all counts . Communication with the host was smooth and professional. Check-in instructions were clear, and I felt well-supported without feeling intruded upon—exactly what you want in a self-check-in setup. An absolute Gem if you want on the seafront right on the beach and pier this is your place. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by on the beach. It’s perfect family apartment. The apartment was immaculate

Creydi's top floor flat is terrific. It is historic, interesting, clean and a fun place to stay. The location is good for walking around the major sites, and for catching the hovercraft to Ise of Wight. It is a quirky and friendly flat with a large bedroom, great living/dining area, good TV and washing machine - all the things we need and like on our long trip away from home.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

The location is perfect (10 min walk to the pier and 5 mins drive from Harbour), the place is very clean and nice, with very good facilities (3TVs, one in each room)

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

A very good place to stay, close to all amenities with easy parking. The apartment is very spacious with everything you'd need for a holiday visit. The little garden is private, well lit in the evening and a lovely little suntrap. The host was brilliant, I made a mistake with my booking and he was very understanding and sorted it out with no hassle at all, very kind.

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable with everything you could need for a relaxing stay and the views are spectacular - we spent hours just watching the sea, we were mesmerised! The complimentary tea/coffee, breakfast goodies were an extra treat. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again. We enjoyed our stay in this very comfy annex just by the sea. The best location so far out of all our stays at East Wittering. The bedroom ceilings are a bit low but it didn’t really bother us. Good kitchen & lounge area and nice shower room. The private driveway parking was very convenient

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Nice outdoor area in a quiet location. Michelle very helpful and quick to respond. Short walk to beach and shops. West Wittering beach is definitely worth a visit. A few minutes in the car. Would recommend.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.
