Sited within the grounds of our family home Overglen Court built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth harbour, Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.

Garden Cottage has recently been converted, it is set in the beautiful South Downs National Park. Get away from it all, with beautiful walks and cycle paths on your doorstep. There are many pubs in the local area with one under a mile away. The local village is a short drive away. The cottage itself is single story with a patio/seating area accessible from the patio doors.
