Barn accommodation in West Yorkshire

We received a very warm welcome from Fiona when we arrived, the ‘check-in’ was smooth, clear and friendly and we immediately felt at home. The house is exceptional quality, located in a beautiful spot, drivable to local villages and also well located for easy motorway access. All rooms in the house are really well appointed with plenty of space for our family, including kids. We appreciated the little touches Fiona added, such as home baked goods, jams, eggs and chocolate. The house was perfect for our long weekend in the area, and we fully recommend this house to others - we would certainly like to return again.

Fabulous stay at Belle View Barn. It is situated on the edge of a lovely little hamlet, in a stunning location. So beautiful and great accommodation. Would highly recommend. Very easy to find and check in, Gavin was a very attentive host, with great instructions and recommendations.

Great cottage! Like home from home, very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful walks around the cottage and a lovely pub 5 mins walk away. Would recommend this cottage, had a fabulous little break with all the family. Many thanks.

We were planning a few days away primarily to visit Saltaire and Salts Mill and this accommodation was perfectly sited! Everything you might need to get started is provided, fresh home-made bread included! (which was delicious) The views from all windows are stunning, a real place to get away from it all. The annexe was very cosy and warm with ample seating and a very large, comfortable bed! We also had a trip into Leeds by train (from Weeton Station) but there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied in the area.

My team and I have stayed here a couple of times now, Catherine and the property both exceed my expectations.

Sara was a great host, very communicative, lots of information available, a house website was useful. The cal just before was very welcoming and opportunity to ask any questions, just very nice and welcoming

Very pleasant host, willing to help. Some negotiation about our dogs, which was resolved. We particularly liked having our own access door to the annex room. The room had everything required and a very comfy bed.

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

Absolutely stunning Airbnb, in the peaceful countryside but close to super handy train station. Both Sarah and her partner were welcoming and friendly, really appreciated the recommendations for local restaurants. Would 100% stay again. Thank you x

Thank you our family had a lovely stay in your house. The house was as listed. Lots of interesting activities for our 2 year old and also for the adults in the group. The kitchen was well equipped and provided everthing we needed. Hopefully we will come back again. The Alpacas in the nearby field were an added bonus!

What a lovely stay… we totally loved staying at Rose Barn! It was just as described and the hosts have really thought of everything. The cinema and pool table were great to have use of, but the simple things like books and games, spare linen and blankets it was perfect. Really peaceful and quiet location we got to just unwind and enjoy the space. Thank you again for a lovely break x

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

Great stay! Exactly what we needed as a group. Everything you needed was to hand and the host Michael was easy to contact if needed anything! Very remote and peaceful but plenty of shops etc within distance.

Peter went above and beyond. collected us from town, as some of our party were a bit limited with mobility issues, (it is a steep hill to get to). Peter lit a fire for us on return. the barn was home from home, so lovely and cosy. plenty of space, great cooking facilities if needed. thank you Peter and Emma

We stayed in the tack store and loved our stay in Emma’s air bnb. Beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was the perfect addition to the air bnb. After a day of walking, it was lovely to relax and unwind in the hot tub. All the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and the kitchen and living room were extremely spacious and looked out across the fields. A lovely location.

It was a great place for an extended weekend. Karen & Dave were amazing hosts and made our stay even more pleasant. When we arrived there was a great welcome pack that included bread, eggs , some crisps, a pack of epic biscuits, and some butter and milk in the fridge and the best touch of all a lovely bottle of white wine. The field behind the house was perfect and our 2 collies, Odin & Storm loved it. All in all a perfect property and hosts !!!

We needed somewhere to stay within 5 miles of Bingley to visit family. Curlew cottage was just right and a cosy retreat. Really comfortable night's sleep. Louise is a helpful host especially when our arrival was delayed due to M1/62 roadworks! On our wishlist for future trips! Thank you

We had the most amazing stay at Cheryl’s beautiful barn conversion. The barn is tastefully designed and furnished, combining modern with old, and is so well equipped - the kitchen appliances are amazing and the beds are so comfy too! We were a family of three adult couples, our sons and there respective partners, and we particularly loved the way the three double bedrooms (one double was downstairs in the snug) were so well spaced out that gave us our own personal space and own bathrooms. We were visiting for a family reunion, with my family who are originally from Ilkley, and with my sister now living in Addingham and my brothers staying close by, we all loved getting together at the barn ahead of our days out, cooking breakfast together (the kitchen is very sociable with its big kitchen island so we could all help prepare food together) and then eating breakfast in the garden. A big thank you to Cheryl & all your help. We will definitely be back. we truly had a magical stay,

The granary was absolutely brilliant place to stay for my hen do! The house was soo clean and tidy. Everything open plan so it was good for people wandering around. The hot tub was really good and the outside space. Felt like we were abroad with the good weather

Had a fab stay here! Everything you need. Its very spacious and the hottub is lovely we saw a deer whilst in the hottub one afternoon. Hosts were extremely helpful lovely people would definitly stop again :)

Lovely stay here with family for big birthday celebrations. Stunning house and views - matched the pictures! Very clean and cozy and perfect for a family with children as plenty of toys inside and out and very child friendly. Unfortunately hot tub wasn't working but Adam kept me in the loop whilst trying to fix it the week before and was very apologetic. Lovely host, very responsive and helpful. Didn't realise the host and his family actually live there and move out during bookings but it made it all the more homely! Would happily stay there again 🙂

The Laithe is a well presented cottage in a beautiful part of West Yorkshire on the outskirts of Huddersfield. Ideally positioned for walking and sight seeing the cottage was clean, cosy and homely. It has everything you need and we would highly recommend it.

As always, an amazing stay in Couples Cottage. Would highly recommend!
