The house is situated in a quiet residential area five minutes from the beach close to Westbourne and Canford Cliffs villages offering multiple bars and restaurants. You'll find a comfortable bedroom with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The living area is bright and airy, with large windows and comfortable seating.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The apartment is situated on Southbourne Overcliff, with stunning sea views and a convenient 2 minute stroll to the beach, has 2 allocated off road parking spaces and offers a great location for a relaxing holiday with the local high street all within walking distance. Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

The Cedarwoods is a unique and luxurious space for up to five guests and a dog (additional pet fee applies), to stay and relax on the edge of the New Forest and close to the beach. With a private, outdoor space benefitting the last of the evening sun you can relax on the terrace to watch the sunset with a bbq, drink and some music of your choice whilst planning your next adventure.
