Holiday rentals with beach access in Westcliff-on-Sea

Shelby was a great host. Really responsive, helpful and easy to get a hold of. She was very flexible and her communication was great. She was proactive in ensuring my stay went smoothly and I had a great stay thanks to that.

I have just spent 3 lovely nights here with my 2 young daughters. Elaine and Ian were quick to respond to my emails and to confirm the booking. It’s a gorgeous flat in a lovely location, close to all you could need. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a home from home with the most comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend this gem of a find!

Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

Me and my family had a lovely time at the beautiful apartment. 5 minute walk from the seaside and surrounded by many shops. The apartment was spotless and felt like a home away from home. Modern kitchen and bathrooms, and had everything you would need for your stay. The host responded as soon as we needed him and was very kind to facilitate our needs.

Lovely place to stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Good views across the rooftop. Parking no problem. Close to a great pub, good restaurants and food shops. About 10 mins walk to the cliffs and down to the beach.

From booking to checkout, Richard was an exceptional host, always in touch and making sure our stay was perfect. The location was unbeatable, with stunning views we enjoyed every morning with coffee and every evening as the tide rolled in. The kitchen was fully equipped, and with views like that, we never even touched the TV. Thank you, Richard, we’ll definitely be back!

Visited Leigh On Sea to visit a friend and previous Airbnb was booked up Excellent location near restaurants and shops and secure parking is a massive bonus in Leigh Clean accommodation - ideal for 2 people Loved the Welcome to Leigh In Sea original sign. Good to have the balcony

What a beautiful place to stay - right next to a nature reserve, with the oyster catchers and curlews calling at night and wildlife wandering into the garden. But also very close to pubs, coffee shop and the sea. Great if you like birds, wildlife and peace and quiet.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Just wow, this is possibly the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Beautiful house, everything was high quality, kitchen had everything we could need! We were a big group staying for my daughter’s wedding locally & it was just perfect! I’d come back to this area just for this house!

We had a lovely stay at Becky’s place. The house was very clean and comfortably spacious for our group of seven — no small feat when you’re trying to coordinate showers, tea rounds and who gets the comfy seat in the garden. The terrace and garden were a real highlight, with a little sea view that made morning coffees and evening drinks feel extra pleasant. The value for money was excellent, which we really appreciated. Now, the location… well, let’s just say Sheppey has a certain rugged charm. It’s not exactly buzzing with activity, but if you’re looking to unplug, stare at the sky and listen to seagulls with strong regional accents, you’re in the right place. The house itself is simple and functional. Becky was responsive and helpful throughout, and the listing was accurate. Thanks again for the stay!

Such a fabulous cottage in Old Leigh, nice interior, comfy beds, little sitting out area, close to shops. We would definitely return.

Mark is a great host with a well presented property. Very comfortable throughout with all the amenities we needed. Having broadband/wi-fi at the property was fantastic too! We will definitely return.

I stayed as a family of 4 with two young children and it was a beautiful find! a lovely home and the hosts were very quick to respond and address any questions or queries. This is a peaceful home and a lovely hottub with a view, I would definitely reccomend!

This is a lovely flat with everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. David and Lisa are quick to respond to any questions or requests and most accommodating. The flat is clean, charming and convenient to the beach, train station and shops.

We had a great stay at Karen's. The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed. The roof top balcony was gorgeous in the sunshine. Karen couldn't have been more welcoming, and Leigh-on-Sea had a lovely high street with some amazing restaurants and cafes.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

The flat was lovely and clean, and we appreciated the little touches such as a Christmas tree!. Second bedroom was a bit smaller than I was expecting but the beds were extremely comfortable. Jeevika was a helpful host and the sofa bed was made up for us beforehand.

We're just home from a lovely stay at Daria's place in Southend. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and beautifully decorated, you can tell alot of thought has gone in to every detail. You are very close to the main strip so you can hear the hustle and bustle if you're sitting in the garden (we enjoyed listening to it all!) but I can't say we noticed it that much when we went to bed. We had our one year old asleep in a cot in the room with us and he didn't stir at all so there you go! There's a Tesco express within walking distance for bits and bobs and you're so close to all the chippys and bars and the sea front. We will definitely be visiting again! Thanks Daria!
