A small garden with charcoal bbq & furniture available. The beach is also one minute’s walk away, if that! For families there is a playground on the doorstep and items for babies/toddlers available.

Our house has been recently renovated and is modern, bright and spacious. Located approx 10 minutes walk from the beach front and a couple of minutes from Whitstable’s cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops. We have curated a homely seaside stay which we want all of our guests to enjoy. In the summer. throw open the double patio doors to the spacious garden and enjoy the terrace with a BBQ and drinks in the sun. Over the colder months the house is especially cosy when the log burner is fired up.

The Alvaros Apartment

The Alvaros apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard and is based just a ten minute walk to Westcliff seafront where you can stroll along to towards Southend Pier and other attractions. The apartment is close to Westcliff Train Station and Hamlet Court Road where you will find shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is connected to Alvaros Fine Dining Portuguese Restaurant where guests staying can enjoy a 10% discount on meals and drinks (open Tuesday to Sunday evenings).

Sandown - West Street

Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

There is a large private garden and parking for 4 cars. The space is the ground floor of our home which is situated in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable.
