Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bicycle 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Het centrum van Leek en ook het landgoed Nienoord met kasteel en Rijtuigmuseum is op loopafstand . Groningen is gemakkelijk te bereiken met de bus, met de auto bent u daar al in 20 minuten.
