Kate's place was amazing! I stayed with my family which there was a baby who almost 2 years and she lent us some books for baby. Kate recommended some places even restaurants in Perth. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Como, Perth. I will definitely back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Wanda’s place! Everything was great — the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The space was cozy and well thought out, with warm electric blankets that made cold winter nights super comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Thank you, Wanda, for your hospitality — we’d love to come back!

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for me being so close to work. Amy and Ian were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay there again.

Great place to stay! The house is very spacious, clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and they enjoyed the dedicated corner with toys that kept them happily occupied. Trudy and Stu are incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts.

Eva was a great host, very hospitable with a very interesting home. Really close to the Munda Biddi Trail. Enjoyed my stay, thank you Eva.

My partner and I spent valentines weekend at Claire and Jeremy’s air bnb and it was incredible! Their hospitality was amazing and made us feel so welcome! The room was lovely, spacious and clean with an incredibly comfortable bed. However, the highlight was their breakfasts! Fresh, home cooked breakfasts which were absolutely delicious-plus they make amazing coffee! Would definitely stay here again!!

Janice and Neil were very welcoming. Janice provided clear instructions and lots of goodies in the kitchen area. The bedroom is specious and the bed very comfortable with high quality linen, pillows and towels. I felt right at home from the outset.

Easy going and a really comfortable stay. There were other guests there, but the way the place is set up made it pretty accommodating & she has a great spa... almost swimming pool size.

We enjoyed our visit to Rehza and Janene's beautiful home in rural WA. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed meeting the other international guests.

An amazing alternative option in Perth that boasts a pool, bar area, pool table and cinema room! We would absolutely come back to stay in this homestay! Thanks guys

Phil & Kerrie are clearly passionate about making sure their guests are having a wonderful stay! They’re amazing hosts. Aside from their dedication to privacy, a nice outdoor area to lounge, dine and relax, their was a large outdoor commercial kitchen/grill where we prepared a nice self-made breakfast & had a glorious large hot tub to unwind in the evening. This property is spotless, unique and comfy! To top it all off, much to our surprise, we had daily visits from many local kangaroos and emus that come up to the property for a snack. Highly recommend!

My stay here was well above what I expected and suited me perfectly. It was very clean which I loved. Also central , with the bus stop into the city a short stroll away. Michele communicated well and was there to great me. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Perth.

We had an amazing stay in Phil’s place. The place is in the middle of a beautiful farm and the view was exceptional. Phil and his wife were very friendly and treated us very well. They provided us with big cooked breakfast. The walk around the farm with the two dogs and their grandson Henry was memorable. The dogs Shay and Shiba were so well behaved and friendly.. So peaceful and close to nature. Will definitely come back.

Absolute hidden gem of a place. Beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings combined with elegantly decorated and comfortable room with ensuite. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

This experience was a gift. We left feeling like we should have spent more time with Anthea and Sandy, along with their friend Yuri. From the moment we entered the house, we became the recipients of their kindness & graciousness. Anthea, especially has a calm and inviting energy that makes you feel at ease right away. She also made sure to respect our personal space as well. We will gladly rebook this place in a heartbeat, just to spend more time with these amazing people. P.s the dogs are adorable, especially Teddy!

Julie is a wonderful host! We were so happy with our stay! Beautiful and clean room and bathroom, clean shared areas such as dining room, lounge and bbq. Lovely linen and towels. We loved sitting out on the verandah in the morning or afternoon and Julie even lit the fire for us and kept restocking firewood to ensure we were cosy. We loved playing some of the games in front of the fire at night. So nice to wake up to breakfast all set up for us as well! I couldn’t think of anything else we would need to make our stay more perfect!

Julie took great care of my 20 year d son and his mate who were walking the Bibulum track and needed a night of R&R in Balingup. Julie (according to my son) is the GOAT (greatest of all time!) and I have to agree. Not only did she feed the boys a gourmet dinner and desert, she did their washing and made them feel at home. Apparently the breakfast was legendary. She made them feel so welcome and looked after which was great for this worried mum to hear. Thankyou Julie for being the answer to tired hikers prayers. Anyone looking for a night of luxury along the track need look no further. Thankyou so much!

Felt like home....a great place to stay. Greg's thoughtful presentation details were a standout. And of course the enticing pool was an added bonus.....particularly as the temperature was in the high 30'S on both days

Ruth is responsive, friendly and thoughtful. She is very forthcoming to check on our wellbeing and shares great recommendations of estates/wineries to visit and nearby restaurants with great thai and italian food. The accommodation is definitely value for money and we would love to come back should we visit Perth again.
