Great location, walking distance to the beach and local cafes. Quiet neighbourhood. The accommodation has everything you need. Great base for the region. Would highly recommend. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were very helpful.

This was our second visit - and just as wonderful as the first. Kay is a generous and kind host, who pays great attention to detail. We very much appreciated the wine and other provisions. She lent us rain jackets and was responsive to all our needs. Beautiful location, with an easy walk to the beach and to local coffee shops and restaurants. I couldn't recommend more highly.

We only stayed for a day, but Maureen made us feel so welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the guest suite was. Would definitely love to stay here again if we’re ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

Really lovely place. Super comfortable, good amenities, very nice bathroom. Perfect for a family weekend stay. The toys and games cupboard was a hit with our daughter and the kids’ books were a good addition too! Hosts were very responsive with our queries and flexible for us to arrive later than expected for check in. The late checkout was also very well received! We would stay again!

Had a great stay. Sapia is considerate to have arranged refreshments such as the snacks, fruits, breakfast for us. It was clean and we felt homely.

What a lovely air BnB! Had the absolute pleasure of staying at John & Linda’s cosy little area at theirs. Had everything I could have needed & more. Little treats upon my arrival, big smiles and a warm welcoming and even a cute little doggo came to say hello. I highly recommend and will be back in the future I hope! We loved our stay at Mike and Barb’s, the attention to detail was appreciated, the bed was super warm and comfy, loved the bathtub and all the organic food supplied was delicious. Very classy accommodation, would highly recommend and would stay again :)

We picked Linda’s place as it was close to the airport and in peak traffic, it was super easy to get to. The house was clean, cosy and comfortable. Great communication too.

Ange’s place was very clean and comfortable- a home away from home for us. The amenities were excellent- the washing powder provided and the washing machine were very needed at this stage in our trip. Ange was an excellent hostess, very friendly and her link of helpful tips about Esperance and things to do and see was wonderful. I would stay here again anytime!

Our stay at Ulf's place was fabulous. Ulf greeted us and shared lots of information and guidance for our 4-night stay in this beautiful area. Our first taste of Margaret River wine (complimentary) was very much appreciated after a long day travelling there. We loved the closeness to the beach (just a few minutes walk), the birdsong, the dark skies, the 4 km walk to Busselton and the Jetty (with lovely breakfasts at The Goose and beers at The Shelter). The little outside courtyard and kitchen was great and generally the space was fabulously crafted with a French theme. I would so recommend this wonderful little retreat!

Relaxing, comfortable and spotlessly clean, we have really enjoyed our stay here. The studio has everything we need. Very comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. Thank you Nola for stocking the fridge and pantry with milk etc when we first arrived. The studio is nestled in a lovely area. We enjoyed walking along the paths where houses are surrounded by gardens or bush. Beaches, wineries, Margaret River, Busselton and many other tourist attractions only a short drive away. Would highly recommend staying here.

As I wrote in the guest book, I went to the South West for a two day golf competition at Capel. A very enjoyable weekend, but sadly the golf didn’t match the excellent of the accommodation! Quiet, clean, everything one would need plus some nice little touches like a couple of chocolates, milk, and bottles of water in the fridge. I have nothing but praise

Lovely stay at Sally place, her friends that were house sitting for her were very friendly and kind. Both Sally and her friends gave us plenty of recommendations and things to do. Sally responds to message quickly and efficiently. Her house made our trip memorable, felt right at home.

Loved the mini house, such a cool little home with very special features, my favourite was the jet/waterfall combined style shower in the house, amazing! Lovely little location and very peaceful. Sue was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Lovely hosts greeted us in their beautiful garden. Catered for my sensitivities by removing fragranced products - grateful. Delicious homemade bread was a delight. Lovely space to stay - inside and outside. Peaceful.

This airbnb was great value for money; very comfortable and had all the facilities you could need for a short stay. Also, it’s in a great location - walkable distance to many shops, cafes/restaurants and supermarkets. Would recommend staying here!

This is my third stay , first two were on my own, this time I had my wife with me me, we both agree it’s a great place to stay, very peaceful, everything has been thought about for guests and it’s immaculately clean. We would have liked to stay a few days but it was booked out. Am sure I/ we will be back again. Thanks for a great stay.

Was a quaint place, a little out of town so nice and quiet. Listening to the birds and the frogs. We enjoyed our stay 😀
