The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The accommodation is situated at the front of the main house and is attached to the main house with guest private driveway and entry. Very private and no interaction with the hosts Unless requested.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Welcome to our Hillarys Beach Stay. Close to Hillarys Boat Harbour with many restaurants, bars, AQWA, and access to Rottnest Ferry. Nearby is Hillarys Beach Fitness Hub, at Whitfords Nodes Park. You will have access to your own guest suite with courtyard entry, including bedroom, ensuite bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher, lounge/dining area. Louise and Steve live upstairs. Shared spaces include pool and patio. Located on a bus route and with a shopping centre a walk away

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Spacious self contained apartment with 2 queen beds one upstairs. Large modern bathroom with separate toilet located downstairs. Private entry and parking located on 8 acres of Bush property. Spacious living area with lounge, dining, kitchen with fridge and microwave and small oven, the kitchen has basic cooking appliances . The kitchen comes equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, toaster, jug, tea and coffee. There is a bbq on the outdoor patio.

Entire one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, in the Perth Hills, only 15 minutes from the Airports. Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
