A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Cozy cottage in the archipelago village of Norra Vallgrund, 30 km from Vaasa. Living room, kitchenette and sofa bed, sleeping alcove with 2 beds. Best suited for 1-4 people. Drinking water is provided in canister. Eco-dry closette, outdoor shower, terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture next to the cottage. During spring warm shower in main building nearby. Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
