Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

The apartment is a cozy compact two-room apartment in a quiet residential area about a ten-minute walk from the center of Kouvola. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room sofa bed has room for two guests. The apartment's open kitchen is well-equipped and the apartment is ideal for longer stays. The apartment has a sauna and a glazed furnished balcony, where it is nice to cool off after the sauna. There is space for free parking along the street.

In summer, you can see lush maples and branches of the yard elm from the windows, while in winter, the ice of nearby Jyväsjärvi shines on the horizon. As a guest, you can be in peace in the shelter of a small house. From the highway, you can reach our destination in a few minutes by car.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
