The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowboat.

Sleeping arrangements: 160 cm wide double bed and 80 cm sofa bed in the living room. The loft has a 140 cm wide futon double bed, as well as an 80 cm wide single bed.

The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.
