Chalet holiday rentals in Western Massachusetts

We had a magical weekend away and our stay was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Olia was incredibly responsive, friendly, and all around wonderful to connect with. The house was a magical time capsule holding the best of energy and a glimpse into the 70s - so fun. The pool and patio were awesome, with open and friendly spaces inside too, all made for the best of entertaining spaces. We could not have asked for a better weekend away, and we cannot wait to plan our next trip! Thank you!

The chalet is secluded, quiet and peaceful. We appreciated its location in the woodland, right near a stream. It was comfortable for our family and we would return again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay so much that I booked another night for the following weekend. The place is simple and beautiful. Secluded, surrounded by a pine forest, with a cozy meadow. The house has everything you need. While we were having dinner, a deer mama and her little Bambi were grazing right outside the windows. A wonderful experience in every way.

Great location! This was a two family trip up to Mt Snow. We had a wide range of ages and 2 dogs. The house had plenty of toys and things for the kids to do - their favorite was the scavenger hunt! The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens compared to other Airbnbs we have used. The beds were comfortable - plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The couch and chairs in the living area were also very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and enjoyable after everyone went skiing.

Mary was a super good hostess and she even left us a welcome basket full of goodies including Bogle red wine (cabernet), coffee, and other treats plus homebred brownies in the fridge! We loved the chalet and the beauty of it inside and out with the greenery of the forest and the brook which our dog, Beau, got right into it and loved it! We all enjoyed the area and the cozy home with the room to spread out and hear the rain as we were snug inside. The bed we chose to sleep in was comfy and warm and I (Carolyn) loved having coffee on the deck of a morning with Beau. We enjoyed our long walks down the road and the town of Dover was fun to visit as well as the beautiful wedding we attended over Wilmington not far away. It was a wonderful stay and we certainly love Vermont! This was our 4th stay in Vermont between the years of 2004 - now. Our first "Dog Vacation" took us to Brattleboro, Middlebury, Willoughvale with Lake Willoughby, and last summer to White River Junction and Barre. Fun!

All around a wonderful experience. Michael was lovely, super responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The house and amenities are well appointed. Bed was super comfy. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely stay in western MA. Well furnished home with all the comforts of home. Loved the screened in eating porch and spent a good amount of time sitting around the large table. We had a lot of fun using the amenities like the sauna. Since it was a but early in the season we didn't get out on the lake but enjoyed the view and relaxing in nature.

I spent a week at Fouz and Chris's place with my family (8 adults, a toddler and two dogs) and we had very relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable stay. The house is in a quiet, private area and a short distance from places of interest for hikes, restaurants, museums, historical sites, etc. We received great recommendations from the hosts.

My girlfriends and I came here for a weekend (Friday night-Sunday morning) just to have a peaceful weekend away and it was delightful! The house was absolutely stunning, had every amenity we could ever need, and was so peaceful. I was so bummed that it rained all weekend (we managed to slip into the hot tub in between rain squalls) because we wanted to utilize all the fun outdoor stuff, but we still had such a good time keeping ourselves entertained inside with how spacious and stocked the house was with games, a fireplace, and a tv in the upstairs living room. Overall it was a very relaxing weekend for us all and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Also, the little convenience store down the street was so helpful and stocked with plenty of produce that we thought we would have to go to a grocery store for! Definitely recommend going there if you forget any cooking foods you may need, as we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely book if you have the chance - thank you Josh!

Great stay slopeside at Berkshire East. We had a wonderful week and the house was perfect. We had some trouble with the weather (and power) that was out of host's hands but they went above and beyond to stay in touch and help get through it. Great spot for family skiing, or group trip mountain biking, rafting, etc. Thanks!

Tommy's place was perfect for our weekend family getaway and even more beautiful than we expected! The rental process, communication with Tommy and the property itself significantly exceeded our expectations. The online guidebook Tommy provided answered every question we could have had. There was plenty of room for our group (11 adults) and so much for us to do without leaving the property! We all ate together at the large dining table, had a few pool tournaments and played board games and poker in the gorgeous game room! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed (and even some things we didn't know we should have!). Every single bed was incredibly comfortable, there was ample space for everyone to relax, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, fire table and huge yard. Our family is already looking at dates for next year's trip. Tommy was the best host I've ever worked with on an Air BnB rental, and we look forward to staying at one of his properties again!

We really enjoyed our stay; the house was ideally situated in a private, wooded area and yet just a few minutes drive into Manchester. The views from the house were spectacular. The house had a cozy mountain chalet feel and yet equipped with a very modern kitchen. We took advantage of both the fire pit and the hot tub.

Peaceful, Serene location just 10 minutes from Stratton. We enjoyed the use of the new hot tub, and roomy kitchen. This space is surrounded by nature with plenty of space for you and your group. Would definitely stay here again!

The chalet was perfect for our relaxing 5 day vacation. We enjoyed swimming off the dock and taking the kayaks out on the lake. The space is wonderful and the view is amazing! We found it hard to get motivated to go out to dinner and lunch because we didn't want to miss one second of the wonderful view!

This was such a relaxing home to spend a celebratory weekend in! We had a great time at Adnan's home over the weekend. The setting is so peaceful, right on the water and we enjoyed the fire pit one evening. The space is large, with plenty of room for all. The house is a little bit dated, but with that said, it had everything we needed for a lake-weekend! On top of that, Adnan could not have been more accommodating and responsive.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The view was spectacular on every level! Lake Sunapee is a very special place, and meant a lot to be able to stay here. Excellent communication and very helpful instructions. The house is well equipped with everything. Beds are so comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Sandeep was an awesome host! He always responded promptly and even went out of his way to give me tour guide suggestions. Sandeep was always willing to help and made me feel appreciated. Sandeeps’s home was beautiful! The home was right near the water and there were even kayaks that Sandeep supplied to go kayaking. Peaceful area and beautiful scenery! So easy to check in and out.

We had a great time at the Chalet, and all the extra touches were appreciated. Plenty of towels, available firewood, kcups for coffee and many other extra touches. We did a lot of cooking, and kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Great location. When not enjoying Lake Sacandaga, Saratoga and Lake George are also close by to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was just what we were looking for. It is charming and spacious, rustic in all of the right ways, with a gorgeous view of the lake, and so close to Okemo. The master bedroom was huge, and we really enjoyed the large communal space with the wood-burning stove. Some of us were cooking while others were playing games, while others were relaxing by the fire, so that we could all easily enjoy each other‘s company. It was the perfect spot for a ski getaway. We all agreed we would love to stay there again.

This home was beautiful, the photos do not do it justice, perfectly decorated! We had 3 families that compromised of 6 boys and there was PLENTY of space, each family took a floor and the boys were outside the whole time either fishing, catching crawfish, or in the paddle boat, they had a blast! Also, the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with all your needs and more! We had such an amazing time here and are looking forward to come back next year!
