The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom, new floors. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
