Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Western North Carolina

Sheryl's place was one of the best air b n b's that we have rented the inside was clean, the hot tub was spectacular (especially with the sun setting) and it was very quiet/peaceful! The unit was very convenient to downtown sugar mountain, Boone and grandfather mountain. Sheryl provided a guide detailing instructions on the unit as well as nearby recommendations, which were helpful. We would gladly stay here again next time we take a trip to the mountains. Thank you for hosting us!!!

Great house! Fun amenities with air hockey table and hot tub. Great location! Right on a ski slope of Beech Mountain Resort. It was also very nice to have a TV living area upstairs and downstairs. Melissa and her team were always quick to respond to any questions. Great place!

“Above it All” was a fantastic Airbnb rental. The home was neat and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely gorgeous and exceptional! This is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Amy has put a tremendous amount of thought and care into her home and it shows. This is not one of your run of the mill vacation rentals with the bare necessities. This is truly a home away from home. If you’re looking for a place to stay, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area, look no further. We stayed here for a family ski trip and it was perfect. You can walk down to the slopes or watch from the back porch. It’s a great location but the host’s attention to detail makes it even better.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill's Lake house in Charlotte, NC. He is friendly, helpful, responsive and very easy to work with on the rental. His property is gorgeous! Large front yard with plenty of parking and room to play pickleball or basketball. The lake views are stunning from early morning until sunset. The home is large and well-furnished with comfortable beds. Lots of fun games for your entertainment inside and out! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Bill made us feel right at home. His property feels rural and you will see many deer. But the Harris Teeter grocery store is only a couple miles away along with restaurants and other stores. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again soon. Thanks Bill!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen, homey decorations. We especially loved the screen porches. Richard sent clear instructions for check in and check out. Overall, a very nice stay!

Abril & Christopher's place is a great summer getaway for biking a beech mountain. It's a lovely top floor condo with all the comforts of home!

I had a great month long early spring stay at this mountainside studio condo with beautiful mountain and valley views. The unit was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and was perfect for my very simple needs. There are many on site and nearby (non-ski season) mountain hiking trails and quiet neighborhood road walking routes. I appreciated having access to the heated indoor pool and fitness room in the community clubhouse. Overall, a wonderful spot for anyone looking to enjoy the mountains!

We had a great stay at William's place. it was clean, peaceful and we felt right at home. The grill and hot tub made it a great place to relax, unwind, and cook out after a day out. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!

The studio was beautiful and quaint. Just how the pictures looked. The best part of it was the view of smokies from the balcony. Cherry on top was the sunrise we saw every single morning from there. Just beautiful! This place made me want to move to Gatlinburg haha. Thanks for the wonderful stay, Matt!

My family and I spent a week at Rick and Elaine's, and it was wonderful. Outside of a rainy Monday the weather cooperated. Everything was as described. and Rick always got back to me on any question I had before our trip. Nothing went wrong while we were there, so I didn't need to bother him. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing, and we really enjoyed the porch. This place is prime for the winter ski season. You can literally walk about 100' and be at the slope. Not sure about Beech's rules. but I would imagine you could buy your lift ticket ahead of time, put it on your jacket, then snowboard right down to the lift . I plan on coming back and taking advantage of that for sure once my youngster gets a little bit older. Very easy to get all of your belongings into the house upon arrival. It can be tricky at some places in the mountains. Overall a great stay and safe for young children.

Perfect place for our family to spread out or gather together. Well suited for a mixture of night owls and early birds since there were multiple gathering spaces. Hot tub was great for after a hike; enjoyed the pool table and grill as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals. We also appreciated not having to bring a pack n play since one is provided. Hosts responded remarkably quickly to any question and were a delight to work with. We all had a wonderful time.

Hidden Honey Homes was spectacular! I'm so glad we were able to stay there. I was a gorgeous cabin in a gorgeous area. As host's they were amazing, and very easy to reach had we needed something! We would definitely book there again.

Really enjoy visiting this area, especially the cabins on Skiloft Rd. This was no exception, great place to stay, comfortable beds, amazing views, and easy access for skiing and town. Host was proactive and quick to respond to inquiries.

Communication was great, the kids loved the game room, all the bedrooms had king beds and they were comfortable, great kitchen. Close to Clemson University and restaurants, grocery stores.

Fantastic stay at a peaceful location. It was nice seeing all the surrounding Christmas trees from the cabin during the Christmas season. Robbie was very friendly and we loved his cabin. Cannot wait to go back in the future.

This is a great place to stay, I loved the surplus amount of towels, the simple check in, and Ofcourse the views. I will always stay here when in town. Even tho this is a 5 start review across the board, My only note is that check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in at 3pm would be lovely but check-out should be at least 11am. The place is huge and you can spend all morning rushing to check-out if not careful. I personally check-out very early but for future guest that may be difference maker in booking. Again, the place was amazing, host were responsive, amenities and toiletries were abundant.

One the best places in the area, we had a great time staying at midnight manor. Thanks for everything!
