This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

Lynda's and Gary's house is a great place to stay in Auckland. The surroundings are beautiful and nature is everywhere. A peaceful environment not too far away from the city center that can easily be reached by bus. Other facilities are close to their place too. The house is clean, well-organised and cosy. Lynda and Gary a both very kind and helpful persons. I was lucky to meet them and their place will always feel like home to me. Thank you so much for everything :)

That was my 3rd stay at Mattie's most charming home & garden. It was once again absolutely delightful and Mattie was an incredibly friendly & helpful superhost. I just utterly loved the place, the great & tasty breakfast free of charge and highly appreciated Mattie's information on local markets, movies, restaurants and local hangouts. Absolutely highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

David is a kind and warm host. He’s super friendly and explains everything in great detail. The house is very clean and comfortable. This is a peaceful neighborhood, and staying here has been really pleasant. There are many delicious restaurants nearby—we highly recommend Crave, the food is amazing! It’s also very easy to get around with public transportation or Uber to different attractions. Thank David, for making our 3 nights in Auckland so wonderful! ☺️✨
