Holiday rentals with breakfast in Western Visayas

We knew very quickly upon arrival we would want to book a another month, which we did. The place is clean and safe. Priorities for us. The best part though is the on-site staff who really care for the space and for us. We felt at home right away. If something needs tending to they respond immediately and kindly. I work remotely and I've been able to keep things rolling despite being half way around the world from my office. Highly highly recommend staying here if you want a safe, clean and friendly experience.

This place is scenic, great view of the beach and the island across. The house is super clean with four bedrooms - each with own t/b. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Even the kitchen is fully equipped. The House of Nature is indeed a wonderful place to stay. For me, this place is a SUPERHOST. To Ms Emie, daghang salamat Ma’am.. We rented the whole house for a family event. It was perfect for our needs. Lorna and Allen were very, very friendly and helpful. The salon downstairs was definitely a plus. The location is ideal, it is close to Chicken Haus and just across a mall. Another plus is it is close to the airport. I definitely recommend this place!

I stayed with my pet cat. It felt very good to be warmly welcomed. There was a problem on the way, but it was very helpful that they handled it kindly. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This place was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their was 16 in our group and everyone had a great time there. Each room was very clean upon checking in. The property was well maintained including the pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The place is Good, do not expect much for the price but it's worth it if you're simply looking for a place to rest. right in the center of town and walking distance to the beach.

We had a great time at martin's place.The host and the caretakers were very responsive and friendly.Easy to find and just few steps to the beach front. We will surely book again on our future holiday vacation in boracay.

A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

Hello, GREAT stays we spent 4 beautiful days in a very beautiful place ,in a very nice room with a great bed with a paradisiacal view of the beach and its typical fishing boats with always smiling people. The hosts were kindly rarely seen during our trips, always concerned about our well-being with a radiant smile on the face A pure happiness to have crossed this place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing stay.. Great and clean rooms. Be aware that whole Boracay is under construction and the way to the facility is difficult. During the night it was very difficult. This had nothing to do with the facility. Great recommondation.

Brenda and Monet are an incredibly accommodating and warm couple. She took care of everything for me before arrival and caused me to arrive safely and experience all my activities. There was even a delicious traditional lunch from her. In front of the house, 5 meters away is a small stretch of beach. Monet, her husband used to go fishing a lot and has some stories to tell. Would go back anytime. Hopefully that will come true!! The space was great, of course. But despite their great location and cozy behind the great presence of the great hosts. ❤️ Thank you for everything!! 🙏

Staying at Anj's place at Balai Lawaan was such a respite for the soul. It's easily accessible via Grab or taxi-- a little further away from the city center, but worth the extra few minutes of travel. We slept so soundly each night, it was actually hard to wake up! Slow mornings with a hearty balanced breakfast on the garden terrace, basking in the morning sun, and the having coffee while taking in the calming sound of wind chimes in the garden-- such a slice of paradise. Anj was an amazing host and her staff was truly very warm. Looking forward to our next stay at Balai Lawaan-- the reviews were right, it's truly a home away from home.

From the time that we made a booking on her listing several weeks before checking in, Joyce has been readily available to assist in every way. Joyce is such an amazing & kind host! The unit itself was perfect & convenient for us in every aspect, located a mere seconds walk to the beachfront, close to convenience stores, restaurants, markets, etc. The surroundings are quite peaceful as it is opposite the police station. The unit is cosy, spacious & well put together, and perfected with the addition of a bathtub. The staff in Alice in Wonderland hotel, where the unit is, are very professional and kind. I would like to thank them as well for having us there & assisting us in every way. They even offer amazing tour & activity packages, and assisted us in booking for them easily. It is also very helpful to have cleaning available to request everyday when needed. Thank you so much Ma'am Joyce for the wonderful stay we had at your place! We look forward to more pleasant stays with you!

If you're looking for a quaint and cozy room to stay in and still be near Iloilo City, Balai Vittorio is for you. Our host, Ms. Vivian, is very gracious to us. Though the room's maximum capacity is for 4 pax only, she allowed our group of 5 to stay in her place with a disclaimer that it won't be as spacious. But she really made sure that all our needs were met and all of us were comfortable. We highly recommend to future guests to try a private dining experience in her place! 🥰 Aside from the fact that Ms. Viv's personalized table setting is so IG worthy (see their IG account @BalaiVittorio), her slow-cooked dishes are to die for. All may look so simple, but everything is well thought of and is made with love. ❤️ Truly a hidden gem in Iloilo, and if you'll ask me, a place that I would really love to gatekeep to ourselves, but Balai Vittorio is a humble place that surely deserves so much praise. 💕

The place is a 30 mins away from port of Buenavista to barangay bacjao if you rode a tricycle from the port . When you reach the place you feel the calmness, privacy and peaceful vibes of the area. They offered foods that they personally served and it taste good. And if you really wanted to eat from time to time . Might as well to bring some snacks with you because the stores is far from the place. The room are clean and very relaxing, I will definitely come back here

This is my second time to stay at Richie Joy's place and like before, it's the best! Second to None!! I felt at home and was very comfortable! The room was clean and tidy, the hot shower was refreshing, and the air conditioning unit was perfect! My beddings and towels were replaced regularly or as needed with no questions asked! The front desk staff's were very attentive and always asking if I needed their assistance. They were always willing and able to assist in any way they can. If and when I get hungry, and ordered my meal from a set menu, my hot meal is prepared in 30 minutes! I highly recommend Philippa's B&B Pension House hosted by Richie Joy!! As far as I am concerned, Richie Joy is the best AirBnB Host ever!! "I'll be back"! Vincent~~~
