Martin’s place exceeded our expectations in so many ways. From the moment we booked, he was very responsive and accommodating, promptly answering our questions and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, which gave us extra time to settle in and enjoy the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by his housekeeper, Ate Jemma, who was not only super friendly but also easy to talk to. She made us feel right at home and ensured everything we needed was ready. The house was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had a peaceful and relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which was great for morning walks and sunsets. For the price, it was a fantastic value. You can really tell Martin puts care into making the place comfortable for guests. We had a great stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

Loved my stay here. Affordable beach front unit at the center of Boracay with reliable internet. I spent most of my time at the balcony for sunrise. Will definitely come back!

I’m very satisfied with the place. It feels like home. Parang hindi ako umalis ng house pero nasa Boracay ako. I like the place kasi it’s quiet and far away from busy streets or boracay. All the staffs are very friendly. They even invited us for an egg painting event last easter Sunday. And very helpful sila when we ask questions. I have nothing but positive feedback about the place. The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

Lovely sunrise . Frequent sightings of sea turtles. Clean waters for swimming / snorkeling. The Karaoke set and LED screen Tv is a sure winner. Leah our caretaker is kind and friendly . Keeps the place clean and neat

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

The location is amazing, surrounded by breathtaking views, can enjoy sun rise from the balcony. And also felt so private.

The place was very nice and clean, the host was very kind and helpful with anything! The place is a bit far from the the main tourist areas however the hop on hop off will drop you right at the door and pick you up and runs frequently so there’s no problem getting around the island we got a 3 day pass for just 450 pesos!

The host was very responsive and considerate to all my concern. The place is very clean and homey. It’s beside the Esplanade, so you can easily take a walk or go for a jog if you want to.

I had a long-term stay at Arjay's place, and I so appreciated how accommodating and responsive the hosts were during my time here! The place gets lots of natural light, so I was able to work comfortably in the room with the desk. I had all the kitchen amenities I needed for the duration of my stay. I liked the location as well -- right near the Esplanade, Molo District, and Atria shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Sir James is very responsive to every inquiries. Even asked him about the different activities to do and places to go near the unit. He gives clear instructions and very approachable. The place is comfy for 4 pax and all the appliances are working. Would love to book another stay here if we go back to iloilo.
