Holiday rentals with beach access in Western Visayas

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Beautiful Airbnb! Biggest highlights included the balcony view, kitchen and refrigerator, aircon, and the 2 minute walk to White Sand Beach. This Airbnb is located on a steep hill in a quieter and more isolated area of Station 3. The walk up the stairs is also quite steep. If you don’t mind getting your steps in, this Airbnb is perfect! My friend and I walked along the beach to reach most of our destinations and activities around Station 2 and D’Mall—it’s about a 30 minute walk to get to D’Mall from the Airbnb. Perfect for those who don’t mind strolling. If you want to take a trike, you’ll have to walk onto the main road up the hill from the Airbnb (opposite direction from the beach).

Great communication with Jennifer and the host . The apartment is right on the beach with the great view. The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen ) . Very good wifi , great restaurant just next door . A few minutes walk to D’mall . I highly recommend this place

The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The peaceful atmosphere and the overlooking view made it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was great for staying connected, and the host was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit far from the front beach, so you’ll need to plan for some travel time if you're heading there frequently. But if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind, this is a great choice. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

We had such a peaceful and serene stay at this lovely Airbnb in Boracay Station 3. The place is literally right in front of the most inviting clear waters and powdery white sand… it felt like having a private slice of paradise! The space itself is cozy and homey, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the utensils we needed. It was perfect for a comfortable, longer stay. The internet worked well for the most part, though it did get a bit spotty when both my husband and I were on work meetings at the same time, but nothing too disruptive. Overall, it was such a relaxing experience. My friends have already started asking me where this hidden gem is, and I’ve happily recommended it to them. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

Great place to stay. Very good for workation. Fast and reliable internet for working remotely. Beautiful view from the balcony. And close to the beach. And great host!

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Very cute place with a ver nice patio. Quite neighborhood. Excellent parking. Very comfy bed, clean and private place. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed . Shirlen knows everything about Sipalay city. She’s super kind and welcoming and accommodating. We only wish we got to stay longer. Would definitely recommend her home if you’re staying in Sipalay.

Great place. Very convenient and near to the whale sharks encounter. Restaurants very close and private access to the beach is nice. We definitely recommend this place!

Our family unit was perfect. Morning swim just a step out the door and breakfast served on our patio was just the way to start our day. The tour we booked through reception was by far a highlight so far. We love the people here and highly recommend this stay for any traveller looking to enjoy moalboal as much as we did. Miss you already.

1000 characters is not enough to express how much my partner and I enjoyed our stay. The location may not be as convenient as other stays that are near the stations (1,2,3,beachfront), but the comfort, peaceful neighborhood (great for remote work), friendly host, POOL access, has a washer/dryer, and BIDET make up for it. What you see online is even better in person. The place is also accessible via the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, direct stop. Totally worth the price and I will surely rebook if I return to Boracay.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. Good location away from crowds. Bulabog beach and white beach are walkable. They also recommended a tour guide.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.
