An additional sleeping option is located in the living area. Two double rooms and 2 bathrooms are available for 4 or more guests. Terraces and barbecue can be used free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start in front of the house. A swimming lake is 3 km away. The property is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and parking.

Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

We offer you our 3rd apartment in our beautiful estate. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished. Three rooms with two sleeping options each invite you to dream. A fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the living and dining area allows for cozy game evenings or TV breaks. A new bathroom with shower completes the entire concept so that everyone, from young to old, can feel comfortable.

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! The terrace, the huge garden and the garden house (by appointment) can be used. The existing chickens and quails provide us with fresh eggs every day. The center of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are nearby.
