Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. 1920s Showmans living wagon,experience times past.

Set in the sussex countryside our beautiful showman's wagon is now resting. She has spent many years looking after showman travelling around the countryside housing show folk and fair ground people. Her history and that of the travelling community is a magical fascinating part of history. It is a privilege for us to own and gives us pleasure to be able to share with anyone who would like to stay. The garden and surrounding countryside are part of the charm of our wagon in summer and winter.

The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, and towels. Woodland Shepherds Hut situated at Coes Farm an Organic Vineyard and Orchard making Natural wines and cider, 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre organic vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

We would like to welcome you to our detached cottage in the small village of Icklesham, between Hastings and Rye. With open countryside on the doorstep, there are plentiful walks including the 1066 Country Walk which runs long side the property.
