The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. Both apartments have a sunny combined kitchen and living room. In the shared sunny garden with a large lawn, everyone can find their individual place to relax.

From this centrally located place, in a listed old town house, extensively renovated in May 2024, it is only a few steps directly to the harbor. The pedestrian zone, bakeries, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The ground-level apartment offers direct access to the covered terrace. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
