Please note: this is a smoke free ( including marijuana) , pet free and no children allowed. Please respect our home. This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony.
