We had a great stay! There were no surprises and the listing was just as expected. The fenced in back yard was great for the dog. Michelle was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I feel like Jeremy went above and beyond to communicate with me. The main thing I look for when I rent a place is somewhere clean so I can sleep comfortably at night and this place had it. If I’m ever back in town, I will definitely be in touch with Jeremy so I can stay at the house again. It was also more than worth what the asking price was per night.

we came into town towns for my nephews graduation and it was perfect for my family. we could all gather and visit. he was very accommodating when last minute I added a guest. the yard was large and plenty of room for my dog to run. we being able to park in the garage since we have a lil baby to keep out of the rain. he was very responsive whenever I asked a question or let him know something wasn't working. would definitely stay again!

Such a nice host and an amazing place for our Mother’s Day baseball weekend! They have a great yard so we were able to bring the dogs and plenty of room for everyone!! Lovely comfortable home!!!

Everything was great and we would definitely stay again. We came in for a fishing tournament and it was close to the water and restaurants.

We stayed at The Little Farmer House for a wedding and it was the perfect place to call home for a weekend! The property is gorgeous and peaceful, and the house is in pristine condition with all the necessary amenities for a good stay! Highly recommend. :)

Love the community. We have stayed at various houses in the area and thought this was one of the best values and places we’ve stayed. Very quiet the week we were there.

Another perfect stay in this beautiful cabin. This is becoming a Mother’s Day tradition for us. Sweet memories were made again this year with babies growing up and another year with my 80 yr old precious mother.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. The kids loved the zipline and enjoyed the pool. Our family caught some fish too!!!! After the storm we are glad the house had the emergency generator. This just made it easier to see that the house is fully equipped with any amenities that you could need to make sure any guest has a pleasant stay.

It was perfect accommodation for my out of town guests and introduction to my hometown. They didn’t want to leave.

Kari’s house and every home in the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved driving around on the golf cart and looking at the homes. The marina was super close and the golf cart made it easy to get back and forth from the house to the water. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious. I highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful view, easy lake access and the pool was lovely. Would definitely stay again. Great price as well. Be prepared for it to be buggy in the summer, such is a lake house. Cozy beds and couches. Only complaint is that maybe a dresser in the room with the twin beds would be nice. No where to put clothes away! Highly recommend Daniels place at Mallard Pointe. Enjoyed the steak restaurant and the Marina restaurant. Was a nice girls weekend and I'd love to go back with my family and rent a pontoon!!

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We needed a quiet place to relax and regroup and this was perfect. A little fishing, beautiful sunset, quiet morning on the porch and a great place for the dog as well. Would go again (from a 16 year old’s perspective). Thank you for a great place to stay.

We had such an enjoyable relaxing week here! Shannon was so helpful and accommodating and able to recommend places specific to our needs! The place is lovely and perfect! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It was so nice to be able to rent their pontoon with our stay as well. They had a tube and Lilly pad which was just perfect for the young ones! If you are looking for an easy stress free vacation, this is your spot!!

Great place to sneak away for the week. The house was impeccable and very up to date. We brought our two dogs but this place is also great for children. The kayaks and Lilly pad were easily accessible and fun activities for the dock. If you do some diving under the bridge closer to the shore you might find my husband’s Raybans, enjoy!

Noni’s place is such a great place to stay. The area is isolated and the country setting is idyllic. Her home is spacious and so comfortable and clean. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable, and she’s thought of every amenity you’d need. We’d stay again if we are in the area.

Exactly as described and more. The kitchen was well appointed. Extra little thoughtful touches, coffee, creamer and sugar, plastic baggies, garbage bags etc. we didn’t have to run out for anything. The place was super clean. The bathroom also thought of every little detail. Loved the back porch! Sat out there in the mornings for coffee. Comfortable front room. Yard was beautiful. We were a party of 4 adults in town for a wedding. It rained the majority of the time we were there, but we could just sit back, relax and enjoy the storms on the screened porch as they rolled through. Loved that! Beds were so comfortable and what a stocked kitchen! Wow!! I have used online rental homes for 20 years and this was the best stocked home I have ever been to! Chris is so accommodating, helpful and easy to contact. The home is decorated with such cute and unique things, we loved it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
