Our recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home is located in central Redding. Walking distance from the Sundial Bridge, the Civic Center, and downtown eateries. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures

This unique and family-friendly place is on the banks of the Upper Sacramento River & accommodates 8 people comfortably. River House, a historic home built as a fishing cabin in 1923, is very functional & up to code while maintaining its original style. The upstairs dormer bedroom can sleep at least 6, with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main floor. The back yard has a BBQ, picnic table, & fishing at the rear along the river. The landscape of rare & native plants is fascinating to see.
