My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Ingram House -Georgian Farm House with Hot Tub

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden. We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend. The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

Thatched Cottage Kent hideaway 3 Bed HotTub Haven!

OlgaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Beachfront House, 4 bedrooms,6 beds

PeterRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Albion House was the perfect venue for our 3 generation gathering. 6 adults, 1 toddler & 2 dogs were perfectly at home with plenty of space. The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy parking & a selection of good eateries just around the corner. We would highly recommend Loaf for breakfast, Docker Bar for a fine range of local craft beer & Fat Raj for a top quality & fresh curry. The only problem was our stay was too short. Nick is very quick to respond & was extremely helpful with regard to flexible arrival & departure. Th

Ticehurst Home with a view

EmmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend stay at Jennifer’s place with our 11 & 8 year old children. Perfectly equidistant between Sissinghurst & Great Dixter. The house is so cute and had everything we needed. It’s down a lovely quiet road and was so peaceful and overlooked trees and fields. We also had dinner in the local pub (Bell) which was lovely.

Coldharbour Cottage on a farm with fabulous views

StephenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fantastic stay at Coldharbour Cottage. It’s full of character, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean – every detail had been thought through. The views are stunning, and the peaceful setting made for such a relaxing trip. We loved exploring nearby Rye with its cobbled streets, antique shops and cafés, and picked up some fresh local food to cook back at the cottage. It’s also perfectly located for visiting nearby National Trust sites. We stayed with our 18-month-old son and it was brilliant for him – outdoor toys, a slide, and kids’ books made it feel really family-friendly. Andrew, the owner, also kindly took us to see the chickens and collect eggs, which was such a treat! Cooking on the Aga was great fun, and we loved reading all about the cottage’s fascinating history. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to return!

The Bothy @ Brightling Park Estate

VinceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Bothy is an amazing space in a fantastic location. Quiet, tranquil and definitely off-grid. Helena was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host who provided everything we needed. The Bothy is beautifully appointed and very relaxing to inhabit. There are many places to visit locally if you can tear yourself away. This place is absolutely ideal for people looking to get away from it all. It is described as "off-grid" and it is - so make sure you take fully-charged power banks. We will definitely return!

Converted stable block set in open farmland

SteveRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We are so glad we found this absolute Gem ! It was perfect for our weekend of calm with our pooch Louie . As well as a fantastic welcome from Viv we were greeted by both of her gorgeous dogs and a choir of happy birds. On the first morning , whilst contemplating the feast that Viv had modestly called breakfast provisions we saw lots of rabbits roaming right in front of the Cabin. Lots of lovely walks nearby and we had a fabulous Sunday roast at the Six Bells - a five minute drive away . A genuine getaway from it all - perfect
