The place was located in a great area! Easy access to both trains and buses. The place was compact but efficient. I had an issue with the bathroom being very slippery and I communicated to Nina and immediately had a rubber mat for the shower and a rug to step on! Safety is always first. I would rent this apartment again.

Wow—what a stunning home in an ideal location! We absolutely loved our stay at Nic and Darren’s place, it was a peaceful haven amongst the hustle and bustle of the city. The decor was absolutely amazing, with thoughtful details and impeccable style throughout. Nic and Darren were incredibly helpful, warm and generous hosts. We would love to stay again in the future.

Easily a five star stay at Levin’s place in Dalston. Levin was responsive and kind and the place was exactly as photographed. A short walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations with lots to explore in the neighbourhood. The unit was clean and well equipped with lots of natural sunlight. Had a lovely and comfortable stay and would recommend Levin’s place.

I really cannot emphasize enough how responsive Laurelle was, at all times of the day. Whenever I ran into an issue, she responded within minutes with a solution. If something was needed at the townhouse, she had it ordered from Amazon for next day delivery. Amazing host.

This house has everything you need for a great stay in London. Like they say, "location, location, location". But this property and its owners are so much more. A spacious 2BR, 2 BA semi in a quiet centrally located area. Nearly every prime destination for London visitors is easily accessible either by foot or easy Tube ride from London Bridge. The hosts are kind, friendly, and responsive. Your "local" is just steps away, serving delicious BBQ and a variety of beers on tap. Blues on the weekends provides a great atmosphere.

David’s flat is perfectly situated in Shoreditch, just a 5-minute walk to the Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market. The flat itself was clean and comfortable with fast WiFi, plenty of natural light and full-depth windows that opened easily. Shower pressure and hot water were perfect and plentiful respectively. I felt even safer with the triple locks and the alarm but to be honest, as someone who has lived in London previously, I found the neighbourhood to be very safe and with a friendly happy vibe and I walked by myself to Shoreditch High Street to get late-night food and had no issues whatsoever. David and Jo are very responsive hosts and the flat shows that they that they took lots of care and attention to detail ie cleanliness and use of iPad to control the lights and heat and blinds. I highly recommend David’s flat to other guests. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Location was great, only 5mins walk to Shadwell Station and about 10mins walk to Whitechapel Station where there are a lot of halal restaurants nearby. The apartment was really clean and spacious as well with all the amenities listed. We really appreciated that the apartment has a washer and dryer too! Stephen was also a great host, really responsive and gave us detailed instructions regarding check in and directions to the house. Thank you so much Stephen! I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in London. The flat was clean, stylish, and exactly as described—a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a chocolate, little snacks, coffee, tea, and a guidebook. I wouldn’t hesitate to book one of the Urban Stays apartments again the next time I visit London.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to a lot of sites. We could easily walk to the tube station to get everywhere in London. The flat was comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax. The flat was clean and just as described.

We had a fantastic stay at Hugo’s flat during our first visit to London. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the location made it easy to get around — close to a few Tube stations and within walking distance of lots of sights. Hugo was extremely kind and quick to respond whenever we had a question.

Great stay - public transportation is within a 10-15 minute walk tops, and the area has a ton of great restaurants. It was nice to return to after a busy day. The flat was very clean and Zoltan really thought of all of the small details from a hairdryer to laundry soap, and even had a welcome basket for us with snacks and wine! Definitely recommend staying here.

This place was exceptional! I stayed for just over a week and it was perfect. The apartment came with everything you would need and was spotless. The building is well designed and felt very safe. The location is great, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the tube. Darran was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and proactive. Checking in and out was super easy. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely look to stay again!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The space felt even bigger than the photos and was so beautifully decorated! The location is great and check in was easy. Bobby was so responsive and even let us check in early. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody and would gladly stay again.

The apartment was really nice & cozy. It had an exquisite view during nighttime along with a great environment for a family gathering. The bus station was close & we had no problem getting anywhere. The neighborhood around us was also very peaceful. Last but not least, our host Matt was very responsive. He made sure everything was in order & also responded promptly to our queries.

Best things about this stay: — location is unbeatable: 1 block from accessible metro station on Circle and District lines — host Ger is excellent: responsive, courteous, resourceful, flexible. We initially reserved a 2-bed but later changed to a 1-bed, except it didn’t have quite enough nights available: so Ger did backflips to get us into another unit in the building for the last couple days of our stay at basically the same price — QUIET (don’t be deterred by the mundane views out the windows: it’s a very busy location, and the apartment faces the quieter backside of the building — comfortable bed and lovely shower That said, the unit is somewhat dilapidated: however, everything you need works the way you need it to work. Although some corners are not the cleanest, the bathroom is immaculate. I never thought I would give 5 stars for the above, but for the price and location, this was a cozy and comfortable stay. We missed it when we moved to the next unit!!
