Cozy Shores is a beautiful spot and a lovely well appointed home. Directly on the water and easy to get to with restaurants and shopping within minutes . Everything was exactly as described - no disappointments . Hot tub and sauna were clean and in good working order . Dorothy was a a generous and responsive host and we immediately felt at home. We truly appreciated her offer of late checkout ! There is lots of privacy inside and out , and pet friendly is a bonus. We highly recommend and we'll be back at our first opportunity . Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin! Check in was quick and easy and Jadey was extremely responsive to messages. Communication was great from arrival to departure. While we did not have access to the wifi, these things happen and we understood. A storm that blew in the day prior caused some issues which didn’t affect our enjoyment and it was a good opportunity to “unplug”. Included availability of the Kayaks, canoes, and water bike was a great way to explore. Excellent location for young families looking to spend relaxing days on the clear and shallow beach with the kids. We also took advantage of the basketball net and tennis court on the cooler days. Overall we had a great stay at Sunset Cove and have no doubt we will return again in the future! Thank you Jadey and Jack.

Ron and crystal have a wonderful cottage that is clean and tidy as well as the outside waterfront, fire pit and surrounding areas are clean and well kept!! My daughter had a hard time leaving the chipmunks and ducks that come and visit!! It’s the perfect cottage for a back to the roots style of cottage and the relaxing calming nature that surrounds not hearing boats all day is perfect for getting back to nature!! We have rented many places over the years and this place has it all from inside amenities to outside beauty. Our family had a great time and we plan to be back next summer for our vacation spot!! For our family we have nothing negative to say about the cottage or our stay except wish we could have stayed longer lol. Thanks Ron and crystal

Stella is friendly, responsive and flexible! The place is exactly what it looks like in the pictures in that it is clean and has everything you need for a weekend getaway, right by the lake. The best part definitely was the ample amount of boats and supplies for a group of 5 (or even more) to enjoy and use at the same time. We had lots of fun exploring the lake. Must go out on the Kayaks and the Canoe!!! 🛶 One small thing, the neighbourhood does have a bit of a winding drive which can get a bit confusing, especially on your way out. And there’s not much to do within a 15 min drive. But hey, if you just want peace, serenity, and lake views, it’s tough to beat Stella’s spot.

This place was a great size for our group of 10 and had a very spacious and comfortable main room where we could all gather to eat, play games and relax. The sauna is a nice feature as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Kersti and her co-hosts were very responsive, accomodating and helpful.

Beautiful place. Very convenient for our ice fishing weekend. Was awesome coming back to a hot tub. Very friendly people. Overall a great place to stay. Will book there again.

We had a great weekend at Gary's cottage. We loved hanging out on the deck and swimming in the lake. The cottage had everything for a weekend to relax and get together with some friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful and well-kept cottage! The space was clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable getaway. The lake access was a highlight, and we loved spending time by the water and around the firepit. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. Please note that the cottage is ideal for a maximum of 11 guests due to bed setup and septic system limits. Highly recommended for a relaxing group retreat!

- [ ] My family and I had a wonderful New Years celebration at Mevan’s cottage. There were 8 of us plus our dogs and we can confidently say we found absolutely everything we needed during our stay. From wine glasses to two fully functional fridges/freezers, Mevan has put a lot thought on making sure the cottage is well equipped for large groups. We were happy to see the house was decorated for Christmas as it made our winter holiday getaway even more special. The house has a beautiful design with large windows and tons of natural light, it was magical to watch the snow fall through those beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Mevan was quick to respond to our messages and he proactively reached out to us with updates. This cottage is elegant, homey and functional, we can’t wait to go back. The cottage is well located, it’s just a short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are grocery stores, a pharmacy and a nice bakery nearby.

Joy Cottage was a wonderful space that accommodated a large group well! The cottage was beautiful with stunning lake views. Despite the rainy weekend we had there were tons of activities to keep us entertained. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone. If you stay at Joy Cottage check out the fresh honey sold by the neighbour, it’s delicious!

Paige though of ever detail. very clean and well stocked. Paige was very friendly and accommodating. the cottage was very peaceful. The only issue was it was hard to leave and go home! Will be back next year!. Thank you Paige.

We had some event work to do in town. Was an easy/accessible location to come and go from town. The place was cozy and had a LOADED kitchen with equipment and space. Woke up to deer across the street and ducks swimming in the river. Hard to beat.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a dance competition. It was a very walkable location to the theatre (downtown), which was so nice. Very close to restaurants and amenities. The house is spacious and lots of room in the kitchen and seating in the living room. Big TV with access to streaming channels. Fast internet. Beds were very comfortable. Slept great after long days. Check-in was easy, loved the key pad, so nice not having to worry about bringing a key around. Big driveway for 3 large vehicles (2 trucks and an SUV) Ian was responsive and the whole process was so straight-forward. No intense books of instructions and demands. :) Thanks again, if we find ourselves in Huntsville again, we will definitely stay with Ian!

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

Loved staying here for the weekend! it was so peaceful and such a beautiful area surrounded by nature. I would 100% go again! The trails were so amazing. The house was clean and very cozy.

We had the best time at Sandy Pines! From a spotless house to amazing communication with the host, our experience was incredible and I 100% recommend. Absolutely loved the sandy lake entrance within the comfort of the backyard, we had the best weekend!

my group and I loved this cottage and its location, as well as the outdoor activities that Amanda provided us with via having kayaks we could use! I loved the loft part of the cottage, and the inside overall was so cute and clean. it’s a great spot for swimming and to have some privacy from nearby cottages. definitely would recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at WestWind Cottages! The Cottages were immaculately clean and well-maintained, with fully-equipped kitchens and comfortable bedrooms. We loved the private patio areas, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Beeka and Chris were friendly, accommodating and excellent with communicating. Overall, our stay at WestWind Cottages was a relaxing and rejuvenating escape from the city. We can't wait to return and experience it again! (5/5 stars)

A Wonderful Extended Stay – Home Away from Home!" I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb for an extended period, and I can honestly say it felt like a true home away from home. From the very beginning, the hosts made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The space itself was perfect for a long-term visit—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It was well-equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need for day-to-day life, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living area to relax after a long day. What made my stay truly exceptional, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions or assist with anything I needed. Their proactive communication and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel truly cared for throughout my entire stay.

The rental place is clean and organized. Steven is very accommodating and is responsive. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Staying at Jesse's family cottage was an absolute delight. Its easy to locate, it has an amazing view of the lake and everything you need to cook inside and outside. I loved the clear water, the island you can swim to, the kayak and really just everything! The only thing I was not prepared for was how close together the neighbouring cottages are. However, we lucked out and it was empty on both sides of us so it was no issue at all. It was awesome that there were enough chairs for everyone and everything was really clean. Beware if you plan to attend in the summer and the forecast is cold in the night! It was challenging to heat the cottage and the first night we were quite cold and would have benefitting from throwing one or two extra blankets in the car. Other than that, absolutely a 5 star stay! Thanks Jesse for responding so quickly and for your flexibility on our last minute guests.

Great getaway for my family. It was very peaceful and we were able to relax and unwind immediately. The hot tub was clean and was working well. the kitchen had all the utensils and cookware we needed. The cottage was on a beautiful part of 12 mile bay. It was exactly what we needed.

Great spot for a weekend. We used Antonio’s house as a base camp during our stay in bracebridge. Easy to walk into town, nice spot. Each bedroom on its own floor, perfect for privacy
