Holiday rentals with a patio in Whitley Bay

We have been staying at Ella's place for months now, always responsive and helpful.

We had a super stay at Laura's place. A quiet area with easy access to town. Laura was a great host, excellent communication and local advice. Pet friendly and highly recommended.

Anjumunara’s place is very well located to quick and easy access to Newcastle City Centre both by car and Metro, and also the A1 and A69 for access to the wider Northumberland area. On arrival check in was easy, and having off street parking right outside the annex was excellent. We experienced no noise at all during our stay and the area is very quiet. Everything inside was as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need and we found the bed very comfy. We enjoyed a lovely stay in Newcastle thanks to Anjumunara’s place.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely weeks stay. The flat was lovely and homely, very well equipped, extremely comfortable bed and very clean. Good recommendations from Host of places to visit which was useful. Brilliant to have off road parking and be able to walk into Tynemouth. Will most certainly be back. Thank you

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

Great place to stay for a few days while working in Cramlington. The welcome goodies on arrival were a very nice surprise.

Very nice comfortable apartment in a good location close to the sea and transport links. Nice touches like tea and coffee and basic essentials provided. Communication from the host was excellent. Had a great couple of days here thank you ☺️!

The only difficulty we had was the smart lock once we got the hang of it was not a problem. The house was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The parking was spacious enough for two large vehicles with Lidl supermarket more or less on the doorstep. Next time I am in the area would like to stay here again

What a fantastic find to base ourselves. Close to amenities and an easy walk into town. We are regular visitors to Northumberland and would love to return. Communication with Paul was fab and check in easy. House was lovely, comfortable and clean. My only negative is would love a vacuum cleaner to be available as the owner of two dogs we like to vacuum on a daily basis to make sure we leave the place as spotless as we find it. Would definitely love to return.

It is a really nice place to stay, lovely private garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder was amazing, I counted over 10 different species! The beds & pillows were excellent and my daughter & I slept really well. Excellent Airbnb

Fantastic stay, perfect location and the property is in a great location with a good local pub within 2 minutes (the woodman) and then Durham centre only a 10 minute walk away with everything you need around you. I had a wonderful experience in this penthouse with a sea view. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, and the view is absolutely stunning. The interior is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Ideal for relaxation, peace, and special moments. I would definitely come back!

Rod was a fantastic host, clear instructions and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and really spacious. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. The Waiting Rooms was a delightful place to stay- spacious, comfortable, homely and well appointed. Its location was perfect for exploring Northumberland with shops, restaurants and parks close by. Richard was a wonderful host, welcoming us on arrival and providing us with great suggestions. When there was a minor issue, he came over to help immediately and nothing was any trouble. He was a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish this place is home from home well worth the money spotless central for everything Julie and her husband are lovely people we will definitely be back next year

This is a really lovely flat, located directly in front of Cullercoats bay. The view out of the living room bay window in the morning is absolutely fabulous. The flat feels really spacious, with two double rooms and a single. One of the double rooms is located downstairs from the main part of the flat (so at lower ground floor level), and the other is at the rear and has the en-suite. All the rooms felt nice and big and the whole place was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It's very easy to find the place, with a lockbox containing the key. Parking is available right outside, with a parking permit provided with the house. There are loads of interesting places to explore in the local area, and the beaches at Cullercoats, Longsands and Whitley Bay are great to play on. We wouldn't hesitate to come and stay here again if it's available when we next visit Tynemouth.

Needed a nice break from a stressful period with work and family. We settled in a short break in Cullercoats, knowing little to nothing about the area except for the long beach walks. Cullercoats, Whitely Bay and Tynemouth were all exactly as we'd hoped. And all in a nice circular walk. By luck, baking hot sunshine too as a bonus. But it was Katie that made everything click. Superb host, very welcoming and super attentive. We were short of nothing, and the recommendations for eating and drinking out were spot on. Hyem was a gem of a find and a really cool relaxing place. Couldn't recommend host, property and location any more. Top marks Katie 👌
