The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the river Warta, surrounded by numerous forests, which influences clean air. There are two outdoor seating areas next to the cottage, which are very useful on hot days from the north. Next to the cottage you'll find a terrace overlooking the grassy landscapes of ultra-plants from which you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The opportunity to see the neighborhood with a bird's eye. The beach is a 15-minute walk or a 25-minute walk across the river.

Hi! We offer modern, comfortable cottages in the forest on the lagoon in the Łódź Voivodeship. Each cottage sleeps 4-6 people, has a kitchenette, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a living room with a forest view, a TV, and high-speed internet. The cottages are year-round. There are 11 activity zones, including a gym, billiards, forest SPAS, and many other attractions. Unlimited access to selected zones included, the rest for an additional fee. The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused ever since. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests. A large fenced plot of land with a glamping tent for guests' exclusive use, situated in the immediate vicinity of the forest and Pousa Lagoon.
