Thank you Martin, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable in your fully equipped vacation home. For all who will read these lines: You can sleep peacefully here and have the choice of whether you want to sleep on a soft or a harder mattress. You will be awakened here by the birdsong. Pure nature, because You will then be on the edge of the city in the countryside. The Sisis Castle, i.e. the Hermes Villa in the immediate vicinity, was our favorite because only a few tourists visited this beautiful museum. Those who like to put on their hiking boots or play with their children in nature will appreciate this green oasis in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. We were in the center of Vienna in about 50 minutes by bus and then the subway. I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

One of the best places we found on Airbnb. Super spacious and cozy place, in reality, it's better than in photos and description. 10 min walk to the train to Viena, can park 2 cars if you travel by car.

We had a lovely time at the house, where we directly felt at home. Simple but had everything we need, well furnished and practical. Maria was very kind and flexible. We highly recommend that house!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it is exactly as described. The location is private, the area is very quiet and idyllic in May. The place was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The highlight was of course the hot tub and the spacious garden sauna - but also the home cinema with projector, large screen and great sound system is impressive. Thanks for the great stay!

What a great accommodation: Very generous, spacious, clean and modern. There were five of us and we really enjoyed the size of the accommodation. Due to the proximity to St. Pölten and the connection via highway or federal road, we could always drive to the city quite quickly, so perfect for us. Spacious and well-located apartment just a short walk from the historic Klosterneuburg Monastery. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, and the large dining table and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals. Beds were comfortable, and getting to and from Vienna was quick and straightforward. The hosts were very friendly and communicative throughout our stay. The only issue was some visible mold in the shower.

We felt really super comfortable. It was a huge apartment and the hosts were really so sweet! The Gartis charging station for electric cars (outlet) was also super convenient. We would come back any time!

We had a wonderful time with toddler. Like on a small farm, only without a farm! Eva is very nice and if you are lucky you can hear her or her son playing on one of the many wings:)

Great place and great host! The apartment is well furnished and located very near public transportation to take you to all the sites to see including some smaller plazas that are walkable. The host is responsive and kind with really good recommendations for what you are looking for and popular things and restaurants to experience. Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious penthouse! The space was not only beautifully designed but also perfect for creating memories—our family took so many great pictures during our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a truly upscale feel that made our visit extra special. The owner and host were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay!

Matteo has a fantastic place in a wonderful neighborhood. Very comfortable, easy to get around, and super clean. Matteo was super helpful with letting us check in a bit early and very communicative. 5 stars all the way, would highly recommend and hope to stay at Matteo’s place again sometime!

The house was just like in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around in the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. There were drinks available for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation very much. I can only recommend it.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

We had a very nice time in Sed's accommodation. From check-in to departure, everything was fine and we felt very comfortable. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was excellent and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

Great place for large groups of people. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need, from the washing machine to kitchen utensils to toys. We enjoyed the fact that there is also a garden and there is a dining table where all 20 people had space. The location is not quite optimal, there are only a manageable number of restaurants and grocery stores nearby that are not open on weekends.

This house is not exactly small, but it invites you to linger. It's really nice, yes, believe me, The garden is incredible here. Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great color. Here you are a guest, so be prepared, It's her home, not yours. If you seek peace, need no words, then come here to this place. The Baden train, and that makes sense, quickly takes you to any place. I loved it here, happiness lives here, I'd love to come back.
