Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wiener Neustadt

Had a lovely stay. Apartment looks like pics. Smaller than I thought, but worked fine for my hubby and I. Very clean. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and a grocery store and coffee shop a few steps away. AC was great to have after an 85 degree day.

Place was very clean and pleasant. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed for our few days in Vienna. The location was perfect for walking into the city and exploring the main attractions on foot or by subway.

We were here for one week. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve been in. It’s big. Feels like a home - an apartment you could live in. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bedroom has tons of storage. Great location, and about a 7 minute walk to Nestroyplatz U1 subway line. The old city center is 2km away (St-Stephan’s Cathedral). Supermarket 5 minutes away. Barbara met us at the apartment for check-in. We’d love to come back here someday.

Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.

Great apartment near metro U1. In 15 min in the center. Apartment was neat and well insulated in terms of noise. Very nice eateries near the waterfront. Furthermore, great parking garage. It was great!

Fabulous apartment - great location for the sights - walkable to many and then public transport nearby if required. Jakob greeted us and very friendly. Contacted for the use of sofa bed and great response . Apartment was super clean and has everything one needs - plenty of crockery etc so not having to wash dishes all the time. They have thought of everything and it’s one of the best places we have booked using Airbnb . Had a great visit to Vienna - fabulous city and if/ when we return, would have no hesitation in booking apartment Franzl again.

Great place and great host! The apartment is well furnished and located very near public transportation to take you to all the sites to see including some smaller plazas that are walkable. The host is responsive and kind with really good recommendations for what you are looking for and popular things and restaurants to experience. Highly recommend it!

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook yourself. The beds were comfortable, everything you needed was there, and even the little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking directly on site. In short: an all-round successful package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Michael and his parents welcomed us extremely friendly, the house was very lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped for a modern holiday. As a family with a small child, we could totally enjoy the spacious green area in front of the house, the surroundings of the Viennese Alps offer a breathtaking backdrop. Many hiking trails with various attractions all around are right in front of the house. The absolute highlights for the little guests are the surrounding farms, where you can marvel at cows and horses from up close. An absolute recommendation for all those who urgently need a break from the hectic everyday life!

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

We had a wonderful time in the house with three couples. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and outside. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

We had a wonderful time in Marion & Winfried's house. The garden is beautiful and the terrace is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The children loved the garden with the many different insects, the pool table and the many games and books that are there. Within walking distance is the Renner winery, where you can have a great wine tasting. Gols also has a small but nice outdoor pool, which the children loved. And everything is very easy to reach on foot, even if it is at the other end of the village. Marion was a great host, not intrusive, but always with the right info at the right time. We will be happy to come back.

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

Great listing, my boyfriend and I were here for a couple of days and it was exactly what we needed. It was walkable to the city center and was quiet from all the noise, making it easy for us to rest. I would definitely stay here again!

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Thanks for the great time in Vienna, anytime again!🫶🏽

Modern apartment in a neighborhood well served by transport. Perfectly soundproofed and well equipped.

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.

Great stay. Had everything we needed. Everything was as described. Was super close to an underground station but was quiet and peaceful. Perfect.
