In de straat achter het huisje is een mooie, grote speeltuin het “OKB”. De bus stopt voor de deur. Betaald parkeren in het gebied en tegenover het huis. Gratis parkeren op loopafstand. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. Hazeweel is een knus, modern, ruim opgezet huis voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Mooie ruime zonnige tuin voorzien van terrasmeubels. Er is mogelijkheid om een visboot er bij te huren.
