Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Granary on a Lamafarm

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

The apartment comprises the entire attic of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - make the missing lift quickly forgotten. Das Stadt Atelier befindet sich im historischen Schiffmeisterhaus direkt an der Donau. Durch seine zentrale Lage sind Geschäfte und Gastronomie in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Schiffmeisterhaus liegt auch am beliebten Donau-Radweg und bietet eigene Radabstell- sowie E-Bike Lademöglichkeiten. Das Stadt Atelier an der Donaulände ist ein besonderer Platz zum Wohlfühlen.
