Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss auf unserem Hof am Rande des Dorfes. Zwar gelegen im Industriegebiet, geben dem Firmen kaum Lärm ab. Recht naturnah und mitten im Biosphärengebiet auf der schwäbischen Alb. Hier genießt du Erholung und viel Platz im Grünen. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für Paare oder Familien. Natur, Spazierwege und das Landleben beginnen direkt vor der Haustür. Perfekt für alle, die echte Auszeit suchen. Auf Wunsch gibt es täglich frische Eier von eigenen Hühnern.

Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

Unser Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 70 qm. Es liegt am Ortsrand vom Luftkurort Westerheim auf 823 m Höhe. In der Nachbarschaft sind Gewerbebetriebe, die jedoch nur wenig Lärm verursachen. Das Haus ist komplett 150 cm hoch eingezäumt. Direkt vom Haus weg führen Wanderwege und im Winter bei Schnee wird auch eine Loipe gespurt.
