Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday for two or with the family. The cozy decor creates a homely atmosphere, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering. From the living room you have an unobstructed view of the approximately 1500 m² garden with terrace.

The small cottage built in the 1950s is very idyllically located. It is located directly in the quiet village center opposite a historic farm church in Padingbüttel only about 2 km from the dike and the North Sea coast (Dorum-Neufeld vacation area about 4 km). The southwest-facing property, which is over 1000 square meters in size and has a natural garden, offers plenty of space to relax or for children to play.

Spacious farm

The detached, thatched, approx. 200 m² farmhouse with a natural, park-like garden offers plenty of space for people. It has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a 75 m² living/dining room with a cozy fireplace and a 70 m² hallway with a ping pong table, so that even in bad weather there is no boredom. A sauna is also available. The Weser beach is only 3 km away. Up to 2 pets are welcome (€25/week). Non-smoking house.

North Sea: Cozy vacation home right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.
