On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit bläulichen Meeresfarben verfügt neben zwei Einzelbetten (90x200), ein heimkinoreifes 58" großen 4k-Smart-TV mit Netflix + Amazon Prime Zugang, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Arbeitstisch mit Stuhl. Zudem gibt es eine Küche mit voller Ausstattung und ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Betten sind zu einem Doppelbett zusammenschiebbar.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The popular Weser bike path passes directly beside the apartment. There is a bakery right next door. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool. The city of Nienburg Weser is about 5 km away.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
